Bathroom, cost, the room

Our room was a bit 'tired' especially in the bathroom but it was functional and was what we needed, ie a place to sleep near to the towns metro system. The hotel was mid-renovation and would guess that once completed it will be an even better property to stay at!

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was good.

Far away from downtown. Far away from any atrraction points in the city. Only company buildings sorround the hotel. In the hotel, the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed too. Our expectations for New Year Eve spent of hotel, or sarround it, were broken. Linz is almost dead on Cristmas days, and to the New Years Eve. Fortunaly we found something free for New Years Eve in downtown.

Good breakfast, very clean, nice staff. Hotel is relative near the highway exit.

There was no fridge in the room.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was below our expectation. It seemed that some basic repair and maintenance work was not performed. (I.e. door was broken)

We arrived at night, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. We liked the breakfast (was everything there which we could wish for)

Little bit noisy on the street, hotel was in renovation, the rooms must be improved because they're pretty used.

The outside was under construction whilst we visited and some of the indoor facilities such as the sauna were unavailable. Housekeeping never arrived during the stay. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels (only given 2 hand towels) and on the second attempt they were given to us. Personally not a fan of a shower in bath, the shower head doesn’t go high enough to wash your hair (175cm for reference).

Missing 1/2 of a curtain. So we couldn't have a complete darkness in the night.

Friendly stuff, american pancake machine (a big smile by our kids), really close to public transport, free parking.

Hotel is under reconstruction and we got specially room with plastered window. We stayed only for ine night, so it was acceptable.

There was the restructuration of the main entrance during my stay: communication about alternative exits were very confusing or completely missing. Even the staff didn't know how to manage it.

The room was decently spacious for a family of 4 and a dog. We always liked that you have a vegan and non-vegan option for breakfast. The free parking is a good asset as well.

The decor and room fixtures are out of date. Areas of bathroom in need to deep cleaning. My first room did not have strong internet but I was moved to room that did.

The staff was really nice and offered solutions to issues within their control. It is relatively easy to get to the hotel from the main train station.

After check-in we entered not made up room. This was immediately changed by receptionist. Bath tub was plugged. Room cleanliness somehow OK, floors could be better. With hotel very busy over the weekend and warm nights, cleanlines around hotel could be better.

All staff was very nice, receptionist gave baby lunch box at our departure. Breakfast was fine.

Good deal for 1-2 nights stay while you are in transit, comfy beds, nice stuff and modern rooms.

Room not spacious, no kettle (but can ask for hot water at the bar), no fridge. Received a message thanking for my stay at the hotel even before my check in (which made me having to check my booking again and contact the hotel for confirmation -because I thought I made the booking at the wrong date - luckily I didn’t )
