Everything was very nice. the staff is very polite and will give you full directions where to go and what to see and what to get around with. the hotel is very quiet and you can rest. the breakfast is unique! and only if you know what homemade pate they make.... i highly recommend this hotel with both hands!

My stay there was great, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly and the room was perfectly clean! The building is from 1450 but the rooms, although renovated and modern, keep the same traditional mountain feel, so cosy! I can't wait to bring my family next time, totally recommend!

Even though are main destination was Vienna, it was great to stay outside the city in Klosterneuberg. We spent one day actually exploring there and then going to Vienna the next day, Also the hotel is very close to the bahnhof so getting to and from Vienna was easy.

Great location, right across from bus and train stations, very good breakfast, nice rooms, but the best was the friendly assistance about transportation into Vienna and helpful hints about what to see in town, not just the typical tourist sites. It takes 30 to 40 minutes into the center of Vienna, but public transportations is cheap, punctual and always available within a few minutes. Klosterneuburg itself is also worth a visit. We will never stay in Vienna downtown anymore on future visits, no more stress driving into town and paying for expensive parking.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how nice and cozy this hotel really is. Location is perfect for short trips to Viena ( bus station at the entrance and train station at 2 min walk distance. Also there are restaurants, supermarkets and ice cream shops really close. Room was huge with plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Bathroom was also very big and clean. Wi-Fi quality was good. We were always greeted by hotel staff with a smile on breakfast which was delicious( especially those small sausages). The car was safe in hotel inside yard where we could also relax under the trees on benches.

The building is very interesting. It is very close to Danube bike trail, which was very convenient for us. The only small inconvenience is the bus station located just in front, however, with closed windows, there was practically no noise in our room. The hotel staff was very helpfull and the breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall it was a great experience.

Replenishment of tea, coffee and biscuits would have been useful. For a short stay we did not want to buy these items in as difficult to buy in small quantities

The breakfast was varied and plentiful and proved a relaxing experience at the start of the day. It was useful to have flexibility over the timing for breakfast.

That I only stayed for 1 night. 😁 I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was fully booked. Totally my loss. Will know better next time and book for a longer stay.

The bed was a little harder than that to which I was used. Maybe a mattress topper could have helped. Nevertheless, I slept well, and the room was nice and warm.

Breakfast was exceptional. It had a wide variety of traditional dishes, with a flair for the local Austrian dishes. My favorite meal of the day.
