Self Check In needs an improvement, not very reliable

Stayed here a night on a trip from Germany to Romania. Very convenient location to the motorway, yet very quiet with a great restaurant and outside seating area. Parking is also available just by the property which makes it even more convenient. Rooms are very modern and clean

"Office table" and "chair" seems to be a design feature. But absolute useless - it's built inside the window parapet. You can't close your curtain as the curtain goers around the table, so you basically sit between the window and the curtain.

The room is really nice and has comfy beds and quite simplistic look which I consider very nice for short stay hotel.

Room could do with some additional cleaning. Parking -- not sure if this is hotel's or public, seems to be similar price as city center. I believe this is a bit much. Only English channels - are news ones.

I needed something that was not city center as I was leaving next morning and wanted to avoid traffic. There is a very popular restaurant onsite, full house on Friday evening. Good atmosphere in the bar. Not a lot around. Unfortunately have not had breakfast so can not comment on food.

There are no doors at the bathroom! I understand this is a design thing, but, in practical terms, this is indeed very uncomfortable. The shower’s semi-transparent window to the room doesn’t help either.

I chose this hotel completely by chance as I arrived to Linz at night on my way from London to Belgrade. The room was very comfortable and clean. Shower worked well and the toilet was spotless.

One big drawback is that they don't have a phone number for communication with customers. Not everyone has access to the internet during the car journey and if you do have access, there are areas (like all of Hungary's transit area) where you have mobile data for nothing. Another big drawback is that payment methods are very limited and not clearly explained in the booking presentation. They only accept visa credit or mastercard and cash is out of the question (I'm sure an automated system for cash would be a plus). Ps: We personally were very lucky to have met an amazing couple with two wonderful little kids who understood and helped us to be able to stay in the hotel without having to search late at night for another hotel. I remain deeply grateful to them for their humanity and wish them all the best in the world and many divine blessings!

A very modern hotel. Super staff, very friendly and helpful, with fast email response. Very clean, room and bedding, pillows etc. Air conditioning very useful. Breakfast exceptional, I only have words to superlative.

The airco was not working perfectly, we couldn’t get the temperature under 22 degrees. The room was very clean but somehow there were some ants inside of the room which I didn’t like too much.

The restaurant was perfect delicious foods and friendly staff, fast service. Parking at the hotel , pet friendly hotel. Very luxurious!

We specifically searched for a hotel that provides breakfast, this one was advertised like that. When we got there, it turned out breakfast was not available due to a brunch option being in place (starting later, costing a lot more). Fortunately, there's a nice bakery next door where you can have breakfast for less than the actual breakfast price would have been at the hotel. We also didn't like that the front desk was only available for a limited time (not staffed 24/7). The whole hotel felt like it was advertised as upscale and design, but in fact it was optimized for low cost, which is understandable, actually. Don't get me wrong, overall it was great and did not feel cheap at all, but facilities and even staff availability were very limited.

The room was spacious, and very clean. Everything looked like brand new, very stylish and modern. The shower interior looked especially good and the flooring in the shower somehow felt really good to stand on (like it was wood). The room was dark enough to sleep comfortably, and the bed was great (both the matress and the linen). Parking is available in a public parking garage, but it is literally next door so it's really like it was for the hotel, can be accessed very easily and can be paid by card too.

I was here for the third time and as always, everything was fine. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't rate it. The comfort of the room and bed is excellent. All that is needed for one night, although without a refrigerator. Smart TV available. Possibility of parking in the underground garage for 15 Euros per night. Even if you do not use breakfast at the hotel, there are options for breakfast coffee in the vicinity of the hotel.
