No fridge, no kettle in the room. It would be very useful a table with 2 chairs in the apartment. The couch was very unconfortable. Overall it was a nice place.

The room was good and clean. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We arrived at midnight and they waited for us. In front of the hotel is an amazing view to the mountains.

One and only thing that could be better, in this hotel, is WiFi but I am writing this just to show that nothing in this world is perfect. 😁

Everything was perfect! Staff extremely friendly and very helpful with local things that you can't find in tourist guides. The food is extremely tasty with things you can't buy in the store such as homemade eggs and homemade sausages.

We stayed at this hotel I think for the 8th time and each time we felt like home. The location is very good, quality services and the staff are professional. If there were small problems, they were quickly solved by the involvement of Mrs. Bacher. We will gladly come back every time!

The hotel is amazing. Everything is clean, and looks perfect. The employees are very kind and will help you with any kinds of questions. The choice at breakfast and dinner is very broad and everything tastes good.

The only thing I would recommend to consider is changing the towels every day. We spent 2 nights in the hotel and did not need to have the towels changed. A little sign "if you need to change the towels, leave them on the floor" would help to safe our environment a bit.

The hotel room was very nice, newly renovated, modern, clean, with everything needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great, modern and clean "sauna world" (3 saunas) that made our stay relaxing. Excellent food (4-course dinner and good breakfast). We really enjoyed our stay as much as possible.

It rained all the time but still it was a very pleasant stay with great hikes

Very good price quality rate. Nice room. Great view. Good shower. We asked for a water cooker in the room and that was no problem at all. Very friendly owner. It is quite a big hotel but she makes it very personal. Good food. Very good wines! We asked for a small snack in the afternoon and received a big platter with cheeses and hams. You receive a card for the cable cars in the surrounding. Very convenient stay!

Walls are not soundproof. Luckily, most people went to bed by 10 pm and it was very quiet after that.

This hotel offers both breakfast and dinner. Especially dinner was excellent and beyond expectation. Homemade cakes were also offered in the afternoon. Staff were all friendly and professional.

And again we had an excellent stay in this cosy, family hotel! We’ve been here many times in winter, but this was our first time in summer. As usual the hospitality from the whole hotelcrew was magnificent. The food was absolutely delicious, you can see the chef likes to surprise and spoil his guests. We were excited that also in summer there are a lot of activities in the neighbourhood, our favorites were hiking, running, biking, sunbathing, seightseeing and ofcourse enjoying the nice mountainviews. Even with bad weather there are good options (for example the wellness). I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! You’re not gonna regret it!
