The bedroom was warming up quite fast and it was hard to cool down without leaving the velux open which we couldn’t do with the stormy weather

Everything ! Frau Brunner and her staff is still lovely and super friendly ! The hotel is still looking amazing and well maintained. Loved being back as a family of 3 and still enjoyed the central location and contemporary design and attention to detail. Sauna just for myself after skiing a plus !

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel! The breakfast was included in my room, and it was fantastic! They also included a bus ticket and a summer lift ticket. My group and I didn’t realize those would be included and it was a nice surprise! It’s also super close to shops and restaurants! I loved the big window in my room with the window seat.

Our window was facing the main street which is quite loud at night (because of parties) so we could not open the window. There's no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot.

We were three in the room and they forgot to give us enough towels for the first night.

Very good breakfast, big variety of food, only sweet bakery was missing. Modern equipment, nice wellness world (but no whirlpool). No noise from other rooms or hall.

Being in the very centre of town there was a lot of noise into the early hours from revellers if the window was open. With closed window the room was very well soundproofed.

Design and quality if the building was exceptional. The quality of the produce and services offered was also superb.

Extremely friendly staff, we were not able to enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave early so we were offered a lunch pack to go which was waiting for us when we left at 6 am, with a little note on the bag.

Nothing unexpected; town-center accomodation always brings a bit of noise with it, so if you are looking for silence you need to find somewhere else; otherwise you'll have to put up with early morning bin collection like everyone else.

Right in the middle of town, has the expected advantages of being within reach of everything. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, staff were nice, and efficient, breakfast top notch and decent in house dinner option. Easy walk to everything in town. Schladming itself was a great option for a family not using their car, summer pass permits public transport to a wide and varied range of alpine walks, really worked out well.

Breakfast was not that good considering they have their own restaurant. Also, they gave us a room with two twin bed instead of a queen or King. No AC. No gym.

Location is nice. The room is pretty modern and clean. Separate parking space is extra nice. Good coffee machine in the room.

Checkout is quite early. A spare changing room would be nice, so that we could ski on our checkout day.
