Breakfast was nice, providing what I wanted. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and an easy 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are nice, but a bit warm and the pillows are soft. Everything really was nice though and I'd certainly go there again if in Salzburg

Location, staff, room all really really fantastic. The check in kiosk and directions were very simple and easy to use. When I left the room key in the room and got locked out the off hours support was prompt, efficient and very helpful. I am recommending this to my friends who are planning a trip to Salzburg. Thanks for the great stay!

Not for the severely handicapped guests as stairs abound throughout the hotel. Despite the stair issues staff repeatedly assisted with luggage and moving about in the hotel.

We did not like that the reception closed early even though checking in on the machine was quite easy. For the price paid believe there should be somebody there. Also the breakfast was not what it used to be.

There are stairs at the entrance of the hotel. It is really difficult to enter the hotel if you have a couple suitcases.

Unfortunately, this time there was a bad odor in the bathroom that seemed to be coming from the shower drain or plumbing somehow. I have stayed here several times and this has not happened in any other room. Perhaps it was a temporary situation with city services. I will stay here again though and don't expect it to occur in other rooms in the future.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel again. It is in a great location for walking around old town. The building is an interesting classic old building. The breakfast and coffee were very good. The staff was professional and helpful.

It was a bit too warm in our room and we couldn’t turn down the heat, but the underfloor heating in the bathroom was great.

There were a few stairs to get up and down to go to reception which is difficult with heavy bags though staff did help when we checked out. We asked for twin beds and whilst we got two mattresses the base was fixed, and we couldn't move them apart.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location for seeing the sights. Facilities are modern and the wall and lift decorations are a nice touch.

Being in an old building means there are a lot of weirdly placed stairs, even with the elevator.

One of our rooms was very warm and we were not able to get the air conditioner to work. The window opened to a busy walkway where people were smoking, so that was not an option.

Loved everything about the hotel. The main purpose of my trip was to visit the Salzburg Christmas Market and the location was very close to that. Also the hotel room was clean and lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also decent.
