The faucets in the room are very stylish but difficult to operate once you have a sliver of soap on your hands. Next time, please test in real life conditions before you place the big order with the designer faucet shop.

The hotel is centrally located, close to shops and main areas of the town. It offers an excellent breakfast - great variety and delicious food. The rooms are well proportioned and sized, the staff is nice and friendly.

The Hotel is architecturally stylish and its location perfect, within a short distance of the river and the old town. The staff are very pleasant and willing to help. The room is a good size and the breakfast and bar on the 5th floor offer wonderful views with which to start or end the day. We felt very much at home.

The bathtub with shower- the shower far too low for a tall person Also being on the 3rd floor we heard noises from the breakfast room above ( when staff was getting breakfast ready so quite early )

Shower over a bath is a bit disappointing, realistically how many people want a bath nowadays.

The white wine bottle in the minibar was open and missing about one third of the wine. The shower drainage in our room (305), was clogged; so it was really unpleasant to take a shower. The room was not so clean as it used to be in the past.

The check in went well and all the info from the reception on arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent. The bar upstairs is a very nice and cosy place to have a drink and spend some free time in the evening.

I've missed some fresh vegetables and a boiled egg at breakfast.

The location was perfect. Within walking to all the best attractions. The staff was very nice and cooperative . I really enjoyed my stay.

Never used a tassimo before so could have done with simple instructions- my brain wasn't functioning well at 7am but I did figure it out. Milk for the coffee would have been good.
