the room was quite basic and there is no place to sit and work. the service for the simple breakfast in the main building was quite rough.

The location of the hotel is next to the cable car so very convenient if you want to ski.

Outdoor pool was freaking cold. You are just able to get food until 21:30 in the restaurant

It's a waste that breakfast and bath ropes are charged additionally; I'd prefer to include this in the total costs in advance. You have to take into account that the amount you pay for the stay is almost doubled by the time you leave (ski tickets, breakfast, bath ropes, coffee/tea, other drinks and food in the bar).

The room had everything you need for a pleasant stay, also the bar was very nice to spend the evenings. Location is awesome.

The lodges were built by stacking pre-fab units - so the rooms are long and narrow. Really great setup inside, but there’s only one bedside table. Had we been thinking creatively we’d have gone and got a crate of beer :)

The location was perfect. Good food, fun apres options (the entire spectrum from quiet pint to banging tunes). Got a 15% discount at the Intersport rental shop at the gondola station. And, only a 15 minute walk into town for more options. And the pool after a days skiing was perfect!

The size of the room is good, but it would be even better if it were a little larger, especially considering you have a lot of stuff on a ski trip. However, if you are tight on space, it's still okay.

Excellent location! Right next to the gondola lift station. Very good breakfast to energize you for your morning ski. Ski hire is conveniently located just next to the hotel. The room is very clean, with a nice shower, and a comfortable bed.

Pillows in Austria I find their all the same I like a firm pillow to sleep but their a weird shape and super soft 😆 worse things happen I know, but is one big change or will just take my own.

One of our four rooms was situated at the front of the hotel overlooking three apres ski bars. From 4-8 pm, the music was very loud. People noise continued well past midnight and disturbed us most nights.

Our group had 4 double rooms. Three of them were situated well. There were lots of choices for breakfast.

USB points in room would be good addition. We brought some herbal tea ourselves; coffee was great to have in room but we also liked a tea. Some nights groups of young men in pool with bottles of beer.

Staff could of been a little more attentive and try harder with English. Also offer better options on the menu and promote local excursions or experiences in English so we was aware of what we could book and do during our stay.
