Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe morning we left I always take out the sheets off our of the beds. As I did that on the king size bed there were old blood stains which passed on the feedback to the lovely lady that checked us out. If I did nit take the sheets I would of not known. But we always tried to leave things as easier for the cleaners. I did also leave a note for the cleaners. I just think these stained should of been cleaned the pillow also ahd blood stains. That did put me a little off. But besides that loved the facilities. Thank you.
Loved the location. Love the surrounding facilities. The kids loved the pool. Love comfortable beds.

AustraliaRoom service - ordered dinner through room service and it came in takeaway plastic boxes, not the experience i was looking for with room service. Breakfast - ordered toast and when it came it was hardly toasted, more like a warm bread. However, food did taste nice.
Easy to get to location, plenty of parking and cheap, room was clean and comfortable with everything that i needed.

AustraliaWe stayed 3 days but only picked up our trash once even we left it outside the door for cleaners to see them easily. The apartment has no balcony or option to open the window if you need fresh air. If you go to parking, you have to transfer the elevator from the hotel to the parking, so this doesn't help if you have a lot of stuff to bring down or take to your room. They don't have towels in the pool, so you have to come down to the lobby to request a new one. Also, no phone from the room to contact the reception if you have to talk to them you have to walk down. So if you need extra shampoo towels, etc, better tell them from check-in. They were helpful, though.
Location is close to where we went in Canberra. There is a woolworths next door and some restaurants nearby. They are welcoming with pets if you have to bring them, but it would be extra charge.

I like the staff, they are very helpful. I like the room, its clean. I like the place, its convenient and quiet. The only thing that lacks is the fridge.
