I had to make a phone call which was private. My phone was hacked. In the end I made the call from reception but it was intercepted, so a place to make a private call from reception was lacking.

Musty smell from washed carpets when I walked in the room. I can only assume their had been a dog in there. Void in wall between the two rooms lack of privacy. No TV in the adult room which was tiny. No instruction manual for the microwave oven to be able to use it as a convention oven. Lighting was around on the walls, none in the roof so was very poor lighting. Housekeeping was not done often enough for our week long stay. No discount given for this lack of service. Had to go ask for more toilet paper and clean towels. Overall I was quite disappointed for the price I paid.

Comfy beds and good laundry facilities

It would have been great to have a couch in the room, especially when there for more than a few days, but it was adequate otherwise.

We had a week here before moving and it was a great place to stay in a good location. Was great to have a pet friendly room. The cooking facilities were adequate and although the shower did have some mold the cleaners were great attending to this for us and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Better sound proofing for the rooms - dogs barked throughout the night as they can hear noises from the hallway.

Being able to check-in to such a great hotel with our dog was so comforting. We've stayed in some pretty horrible pet friendly accommodation - so this was a treat. What was fantastic was the fact we could use Google Chrome in the room. Was quite an easy process to set-up. Meant we could watch anything we liked from our phones, without having to login to an app on the TV (& then forget to logout!). Room was very clean. Bed was a bit soft for my liking - but mattress comfort is very subjective & personal!

That some of the power points near the bed didn’t work. Bed was way too soft for our liking. Shower head water went everywhere apart from on our bodies

No division on the upper part of the wall thru ceiling between kitchen and our room, I can here my kids watching TV in the lounge and smells there popcorn 😄

The venue was exceptional, especially for the money. It was within walking distance of restaurants, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

The rooms are connected above so not noise proof.

There is no room service, it’s a serviced apartment rather than a hotel so was disappointed in the instant coffee also I don’t mind it being dog friendly, but there should be consideration to not put dogs in units close to each other, was kept up all night with them barking at each other.

It was very clean, looks onto a golf course, easy parking.

The abode is in a great location, it’s a 5 minute drive to Kingston Foreshore, Manuka and the Fyshwick shops. The facilities in the rooms are fantastic and we were given a $10 voucher to use in the hotel pantry.

The room was clean but if you look higher than head height there was dust to be seen. It is a no smoking property but I could smell smoke in some of the halls.

The bed was comfortable, I had facilities to cook for myself. The room was a good size. It was clean. The location was perfect for me. I had no trouble with noisy neighbours which I much appreciated. The was a pantry that you could get meals and snacks from if you didn't want to go anywhere to eat or buy food. I have stayed there twice and will always stay there when visiting Canberra.
