The bedroom was way too small. Difficult to move around. The kitchen could have been equipped with more than two of everything. Couldn't exclude noise from the bedroom as it is open yo the living area.

Parking under the building. A lift to the floors. A good location. Bed was comfortable.

Minor issue, Bed was enclosed and felt a little cramped. I should have given configuration more thought at the time of booking.

The only issue we had was the hot water didn't last long and you needed to put the shower head facing right above the drain otherwise you would end up with water on the rest of the bathroom floor. There was a slight ridge, I think meant to keep the water in the shower recess, but that didn't help. We quickly realised what we needed to do and after that it was fine.

The room was simple but lovely. The carpet was soft after walking around all day. The bed was comfy and the location was amazing. Very short walk to cafes and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner and opposite was the South Point Shopping Centre.

I had a beautiful private outdoor area but it was empty of seating or table and chairs.

Great location 20-30 minutes to most areas of interest. Shopping centre across the road along with many restaurants.

Very close to Bus transfer station. A bit noisy early in the morning with buses travelling back & forward. We werte on level 1. Would have been better to be on a higher floor

The bedroom was tiny and there wasn't much room around the bed. The hallways smelled awful - like they over did it on carpet cleaner.. The car parking - it was difficult to find the correct section for guests to park in.

The balcony was nice - with an outdoor table & chairs. Kitchen was good with full size fridge & coffee maker. Laundry came in handy - washing machine and separate dryer.

The use of the TV was an issue, not at all user friendly. The bedroom was hot and no cooling in that room so it was very stuffy

The king size bed and laundry facilities. The check in was an issue though as there was nowhere to park to get your access key before being able to use the carpark in the rear of the building. You have to use a paid parking then walk to reception first which we were not aware of.

Had booked the disability room but didnt get it. Getting into shower almost impossible with the commode. paid $260 per night through booking.com then booked an extra night and only paid$188.00. wont be booking with .com anymore too expensive.

2 mismatched single beds zippered together creating a massive hard ridge are not acceptable in the master bedroom. This should be an advertising/specication requirement.

There is no outdoor furniture on the large patio. Smell of carpet cleaning chemicals in hallway. TV & streaming not working first few nights..

I was on a late flight and so arrived at the hotel near midnight. I was advised to phone the after hours number on arrival to gain access to the lock box for my key. It took about 5 minutes before the after hours number was answered, and this was not nice as a female alone on the street in the middle of the night. There is not enough room to between the bed and the walls so it was impossible to walk around the bed and difficult to get in and out of bed.

The hotel was conveniently located, very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and although I didn't use it, the kitchen looked decent.
