Not enough time to enjoy the facilities. The shelf in the shower was very wide which meant that the water jets were close to the tap to turn on the water - felt like it was too close as body touched the tap when washing hair.

We only had a very short stay. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. The bed as very comfy and was able to sleep in. The room contained a full size fridge with a freezer section - great to keep things cold and iceblock frozen for the next day activities. Bathroom was a good size for the two of us.

The rooftop was very dangerous for kids. The could easily climb a day bed and end up over the edge. I think this needs to be looked at urgently

The cost was much higher than other apartments that are better equipped and furnished more comfortably that I’ve stayed in previously. The lounge in the apartment I had desperately needed replacing, it was sagging in the middle and so low it was difficult to use. Dining chairs quite uncomfortable. The shower head could have been better, more suited to a 3 star accommodation, it was pretty ordinary considering the high cost to stay there. No housekeeping on weekends, which meant our bin was overflowing, and ran out of dish washing liquid, had to phone reception to ask for more. Car spaces in the underground car park were quite small, difficult to fit a medium sized car in. Was given the wrong information by the receptionist and told I could park in the private car spaces. Then got a call late arvo/evening and told to go and move my car, the spot belonged to a resident. No veranda to sit on for fresh air.

The location of the property was good. Parking in the underground car park was always available. The rooftop was lovely. The beds were comfortable. Aircon in each room.

I do use security safes. One of my loves when searching for 5 star accommodation or close to 5 star. I did take a photo of my slim figure and how accessibility of the safe is to have removed. Hence I did not use it this time. Note: I placed it back in its position and reported my concerns to reception desk when checking out - "security Safe wasn't fastened down / bolted down. - very easy maintenance fix. Great to have this bolted down next time I stay". 🌻

The views from the room and the roof top were above expectations. The living spaces above expectations. Block out curtains hung well and easy to use. Carpets wonderful texture to walk on. Reception staff great. Will defiantly recommend to business associates and friends. 🌺

Very expensive for a two night stay. I could have found a much better deal elsewhere, and probably saved half the money we spent. It pays to spend doing research.

Location was good and this was part of the choice when booking. However, there are plenty of other hotel/apartment options within in the area that would have I should have researched before booked. Comfortable bed which is a winner. You pay for a name at the end of the day. Could do with a update revamp as everything was looked dated as soon as you walked in the room.
