Everything was good! The cabin was bit dirdirty and cold. The face painting was a hit with our kids, however I was concerned about a staff member taking photos of the kids without permission of the parents. Especially when it was a bar staff member. They did not take photos of our kids otherwise I would have said something. We work with kids in and community groups and we know the rules around this.

Beds were uncomfortable

We arrived and checked in at 2pm, the cabin had a broken jug and no hot water ... asked management to fix it, hot water still wasn't on by 10pm so they upgraded us to a beautiful garden villa cabin. Very happy with the upgrade, although the beds were very uncomfortable.

The basic cabin was just that, very basic. It was tired and needed a good deep clean. The staff were informed and were grateful for the feedback.

Curtains need a bit of inspection for good look. One of the blankets was ripped off in the kids room. Should be more vigilant and proactive in regards to quality offering, I guess. Overall satisfied.

Excellent value for the money. Enjoyed the recreations a lot. Tranquil environment close to nature.

Room was outdated and run down, a little dusty - could do with an upgrade (Premium Wattle). However, it did fine for the few nights. Restaurant menu a little pricey for quality of food.

Amazing facility with great facilities kids had a ball. So many activities for the family to do at the park and all of the main attractions of the ACT are within 15minute drive of the park.

We found a few things in the couch, so the cushions hadn't been removed recently to clean the couch.

Great for a family. They do a colouring in comp for the kids, the pool is great, the staff all helpful and friendly.

The cabin bedroom carpet to where we stayed there is some kind of foul smell. It could be because the cabin we had was of many years old already. Otherwise, overall experience was very good and I will still be choosing ALIVIO TOURIST PARK CANBERRA in our next family adventure in Canberra

The bed was not particularly comfortable (stayed for 8 nights) particularly the pillows but did align with the value of the cabin we rented. Location a little further than we thought it described from the city. I did walk to catch the bus but could not find the bus stop kept walking a pleasant flat distance of around 2.5 km to the light train rail to the city.

Peaceful, the park has been thought out well. No bright street lights shining in your window at night, good temperature control of the cabin. Facilities excellent, the pool was delightful and access to good food (pizza enjoyable) and facilities easy.

Our initial booked room was far too small and a substantial walk from the amenities. We requested larger accommodation for extra money and our accommodation was very comfortable for our 6 day stay

The location was central to our destinations. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Restaurant meals were excellent
