On site signage could have been clearer. We struggled to find our cottage in the dark upon arrival.

The location was perfect, close to town and other parts of WA. The property was also good in terms of its habitat. Lots of kangaroo 🙂

Fridge compressor was noisy (on nearly all the time) Wi-Fi was patchy at best but you may not want to be connected anyway😀

Rural location kangaroos around every corner. Beautiful to see them moving around at dawn and dusk just metres outside the window.

An updated TV with access to Streaming platforms would be good, although using the old DVD player was a nice bit of nostalgia.

We liked everything.

Everything about the chalet, the location and Ange , the manger. She is friendly and very helpful. We loved the seclusion, the walks and even the naming of the trees.

Quiet and private setting surrounded by nature Very clean and well appointed units Loved the first day continental breakfast John and Ange were welcoming hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them to assist with Comfortable bed BBQ provided Wifi was good to Close to Margaret River but out of the hustle Brussel Very easy check in and check out Nice stroll through the property with signed walking tracks Lots of kangaroos and bird life TV and fire place inside unfortunately we didn’t need to use it but would be great in winter

Only gripe would be the low pressure showers.

Great location away from the towns but still only 15 mins away from both Margaret River and Cowaramup. Close to many wineries. The beds were comfy but slightly soft for my liking. The amenities were sufficient for us (family of 4 - 2 adults and our parents). Loved watching the kangaroos in the neighbouring farm, a couple of whom even came down to our cabin.

The location was amazing! It exceeded all expectations. The cottage was clean and there were plenty of supplies for everything we could need. The location was spectacular! I went with some family members who had never been to Australia before, they absolutely loved "to live in the bushes". The kangaroos in the back of the cottage was an amazing bonus :D

Amazing!! The best part of our four week visit to Perth. Great location with so many stunning beaches, breweries and wineries within a 30 minute drive. 5 mins into Margaret River by car which has a selection of good supermarkets, restaurants and some fabulous shops. The Margaret River Bakery is fabulous. We loved waking up to see the kangaroos lying in the sun, and the walk around the perimeter of the lane is great for roo spotting. Kitchen perfect size and fridge big enough for a weekly shop, we used the gas bbq every night. We’ll be back one day for sure 😊 Also the washing machines at reception also very useful.

It was perfect

The location was wonderful, so close to Margaret River yet it felt so rural and special. Seeing the wildlife every morning was incredible. The kitchen was fully furnished, too! An amazing stay.
