The washing machines and dryers need some TLC as we had some issues, however at least we could wash our clothes. So not a complete negative.

The Park has a great family friendly feeling to the place. Plenty of space, accommodation and fun activities - bbq, pool and mini golf. The villa we used for 8 days was comfortable, with everything on hand as described. I recommend this place to stay and its a short drive to the airport and city.

There were only a couple of stairs leading to the cabin, but no stair railing, which felt very unsafe. It smelt like sewage whenever the toilet was flushed. The beds were on wheels with no brakes, so we were chasing the beds around the room every night. The bathrooms were starting to look a little worn.

Excellent facilities, very dog friendly and lots of activities (mini golf, pool, basketball and volleyball nets). The grounds were amazing, very peaceful and beautiful. The staff were very quick to provide help with an issue.

Our cabin had seen better days and was not as clean as I would have liked. There were other newer cabins that looked much better in the park.

The facilities were great for families and it was really quiet at night.

We have stayed here many times before but always in the cabins next to the pond, which have always been fantastic. This time it was only for a night and we were assigned one of the smaller cabins. Inside the cabin, it was clear it hadn’t been stayed in for a while, there was a stale sewerage smell, dust on cabinets and cobwebs in most corners of the cabin. The fan in one of the rooms didn’t work and the bathroom sink was full of hair.

Good facilities for the kids, improvements have been made to the old tennis court, which is great to see.

Almost zero internet/phone reception. No access to sports equipment (eg clubs for putt-putt) in evenings. A few more supplies in the cabins would be ideal, e.g. scissors, a knife sharp enough to cut, a box of tissues. Single bunk bed over the head of the double beds in every room (3 bed cabin) was excessive - one bed for adults to sleep in comfortably would be more suitable - 9 people cannot stay in the cabin (1 toilet, 1 small table), so why clutter it with 9 beds?

Surprisingly quiet, especially at night, given the huge amount of families staying and the constant changeovers. Short easy drive into Canberra. Much more affordable than staying in the city.

We were placed in a cabin next to a family with children. There were about 10 villas and only 2 were occupied. Why would you place the 2 families next to each other if that were the case. Also, ours was the only cabin without an awning over the porch and sliding doors. Again, if so many villas are unoccupied, why allocate the worst one to us. Don’t understand why staff don’t consider these things.

Nice aspect looking over a lake. Basic facilities. Reasonably clean. Friendly staff.

I had to sweep the floor upon arrival.The gravel from the car park was everywhere and we were all getting it in the beds off our feet. No door mat or anything. The porch steps were different heights, one was too large for me to take like a normal step and I hurt my hip.

You could spend the day there and feel like you were on holiday. There were more beds in the rooms than I was expecting.

Shower head rose needed a clean so that the holes weren't blocked. Otherwise, nothing else! :)

The lake. The two bedrooms. Everything met our basic needs. Seeing wildlife outside our door - thankfully we didn't come across any snakes!! Air conditioner when needed. Text message to tell us what to do when we arrived late and map to guide us to our bungalow.

I didn't like the curtains in the bedrooms - not sun blocking. Used a blanket to cover the window. Things were showing their age, but they still worked fine. Lots of youth roaming around and being noisy into the night...place is used for school camps.

The place was affordable for a group of friends, and both double bedrooms had an ensuite. They were small but did the job. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space in the kitchen/TV area - and the TV was a big size. The beds had plenty of covers. It's a hard mattress. Blue wrens were everywhere and a joy to behold!

Carpet in the bedrooms looked old and dirty. Kitchen taps dripped so had to be turned off super tight.

The only thing that I could say is "the shower may need a little upgrade"!!!!

what I like was the peace and quiet the surroundings. The bungalow nice roomy, more than what I expected. The nature around the area was relaxing and the little rabbits just hopping around freely. A nice fresh clean location to escape the rat race of the big city.
