Responses from help number didn’t result in resolution of any of our issues with the booking. Smelly kitchen sink, no wifi at all, bbq inoperative, non opening windows in bedroom, no kitchen cooking basics.

It was very difficult to actually work out which building to try and access to get the keys. We eventually only worked it out by the photo of the trees outside the building. the instructions needed to be clearer and even how to access the car park

Location, cleanliness and convenience, We were sent clear instructions on how to locate the apartment and how to gain entry. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

As an 84 years old guy i was not told that we had to use the staircase to go to bedroom ,toilet , shower, sleeping

Nitpicking here. But nowhere does it say City Style Apartments. So, even though the address is correct, it was a little confusing to begin with. And the shower head needs changing...not good. However, we will return on our next trip to Canberra

Great location. We came down for a concert at GIO Stadium (3km from apartment), and the free shuttle bus was only an 8 minute walk away. Close to food, shopping, and the beautiful Lake Ginninderra. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The pool was lovely. We will return 😃

Couldn't log onto wifi network and took a day to get a different log on. Living room rug was discoloured and not vacuumed. Not enough everyday glassware. No fan in either the bathroom or toilet. Shower door leaked. Duvet cover had a hole in it.

Arriving was challenging to find the parking and actual entry to building as the address doesn’t necessarily take you there. We figured it out though and when we got to the apartment better directions were printed for us inside - go figure broken and loose tiles were in side and the night it rain we couldn’t sleep at all due to the noise of the rain on the side of the building. Terrible option for accommodation if the weather is bad. Mercure and Abode are one block away and are much better options

Having to take all our stuff up the lift, maybe we had too much stuff!!! Shower made a big mess with water and was dangerous, a couple of extra towels would have helped.

The carpets are very much in need of replacement. There has clearly been an issue with water damage previously as there was an extra layer of carpet placed at the door to the bathroom. Carpets in the lounge had some stains as well. But, overall - it wasn't a big deal. The shower water pressure wasn't ideal for me personally, but a clean bathroom will always trump this - thank you for that!

Had I taken the time to read the very clear and explicit instructions to collect the key - this process would have been a million times easier. Once I did this, it took no time to collect the key and enter the apartment. I was impressed by the size of the apartment, and the overall comfort it provided, especially as we were going to be staying for a few days at least. Loved the convenience of having the washing machine and dryer as well as ample storage space. In particular, I loved the little shelves on the bedroom wall - so handy for storing random stuff.
