Location with parking was great - short walk into town. Room was clean and comfy bed with tea making facilities- shower good and nice hot water. Decor is a bit tired. No reception works for us clear instructions to get and drop off keys.

Only minor issue was the cleaner using her keycard to come in unannounced while I was still in bed. She apologized right away but luckily I was awake. This was around 8:30am-8:45am so I thought check out was 10am and had little bit of time to rest and get ready to leave. Maybe a miscommunication on the cleaner but a door knock would have been enough. Overall experience was fine.

It's temporarily reception-free... so actually we couldn't leave our luggage there after checkout, which was inconvenient for us. Plus, there's no luggage locker in the city (only in the airport).

the beds are comfy. space is big for 3 people. the location is good, not too far from cbd, and next to the big park.

The accomodation was all you needed for a short stay. The only thing that the exterior of the property to could do with a touch up. However our room suited our needs and was quite large and comfprtable.

The room was spacious and very clean. The room seemed if it had been recently updated so everything seemed fresh and new. The bathroom was sparkling clean and very spacious. The location was fantastic just a short walk to the park across the road and 5 minute walk to the city centre. Our daughter was coming to stay with a new baby and the reception assisted us ensuring having a room next door. My huband and I had a premiere deluxe room which had a double and single bed along with a small sittinging area with 3 chairs, Our daughter had a similiar room which made it fantastic for us to sit and chat together while the baby was sleeping. Although reception isn't manned check in was super easy - collecting keys from deposit box, Staff were also on site to help out. So all in all great place for a weekend or overnight stay.

The motel is opposite City Park, was nice to have that so close for some peace and quiet. The staff sent me instructions to get the key from a lock box, all of that was easy. Plenty of car parking. The walk into the town center is only about 10 minutes. There is a steep driveway from the road up to the motel rooms, so if you have difficulty walking and don't have a car, this might be an issue. The room was comfortable and a good size.

Question about staff is ridiculous- no staff are ever encountered. Check in is rudimentary and lumpy. We have been before so know how it works. There were several people mystified by how to access the keys in the safe, despite having had a phone conversation with someone on the motels phone.

Only issue we had was operating the tv remote control. Eventually worked out how to manage on the set itself.

Spacious room in convenient location. Despite central location it was very quiet in the room and we did not notice traffic noise. View across to trees in the park was pleasant. Beds and pillows were comfortable and other furnishings in room were quite good. Good size shower head and plenty of hot water which was appreciated after busy days.

The only way to get to room was stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but could be for others.

As we arrived late the check in service lock box was a great idea. Very smooth and easy process. The room was clean and spacious.
