Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe lightening in the passage ways is very subdued and made walking on the, in places, uneven floor a bit difficult for my husband who is experiencing some eye problems. Valet parking price is a bit on the high side.
We were upgraded to a fabulous room with balcony overlooking the Cathedral grounds and view of Perth Council House. Spacious room, great shower and deep bath with beautiful amenities and great fluffy towels and big wrap around bath robe. The small jars with cashews, chocolate covered nuts and shortbread were very welcome. It was very peaceful and I was advised that occupancy was 80-85% but you could believe that you were the only people in the hotel - great soundproofing etc. It was hot outside but the temperature in the building was beautifully cool - not cold due to overpowering air-conditioning but pleasantly cool. Great gym lots of excellent equipment. Very central to visit places around the city or if you prefer to stay in and relax!

United KingdomIt was a shame the pool was not outdoors, but it is a historical building and there must have been planning restriction. The only fault I can possibly find is that there was food smell from the restaurant in the corridor where my room was at dinner time, but this was not in the room.
The historical building it’s in, the interior design, spaciousnesses of bedroom and bathroom, quality of bed and bathroom linen, service.

Beautiful enormous comfortable room with many lovely touches and a fantastic lap pool. Breakfast was excellent with healthy options. Staff very helpful.

Simply the best hotel in Perth. My wife and I stayed at the Como for two nights including the night of our wedding. The staff were amazing. The service was sensational and the facilities are worth the cost. If you want the best then the Como is the place to stay.

AustraliaStrange food at breakfast (or should that be innovative menu!). Not being able to get a restaurant reservation when we arrived- should have provided slots for guests.
Helpfulness of staff- nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, airy and well furnished. The breakfast service was great and the food wonderful (bar the 'Real toast' which was bizarre). Cannot recommend this hotel enough- is in our top 5 hotels worldwide (and probably top 2 for Australia).
