First world problem, no access to Netflix, although not a concern, happy to spend time on the verandah and absorb nature.

The property has a wonderful setting, very peaceful and calm. The house felt like a home.

Nothing we didn’t like about it but It was a little bit more weathered than we were expecting and is probably due some TLC to bring it back up to scratch.

Lovely tranquil location a small 5 minute walk to the lake. Cottage had everything we needed plus more.

The house very clean and comfortable, and the lake was stunning. It was so convenient to be able to walk through the property right on to the lake. The kitchen was also well equiped with more than everything I needed. Having aircon was awesome too!

My own personal issue is my back problems so the main bed in the room attached to the verandah was quiet firm, a bit uncomfortable and hard to sleep on but nothing wrong with the property at all

This is such a beautiful quiet lovely place to stay, it’s cozy and feels like home while being away from home, beautiful view and has absolutely everything you need except for your own clothes. This property also allowed our dogs to join us and they absolutely loved every minute of it

Aa an improvement, it would great to have a covered deck for when it rains but this is a minor thing and hardly worth mentioning.

Very nicely equipped and maintained. Quiet location with access to the lake and lots of wildlife life. Host is very friendly and left Tim Tams and a bottle of wine for us! Dog friendly and our greyhound loved going for walks around the grounds.

    Nothing

The Queenslander home was amazing, full of great character and charm. The property was well manicured, with golf links, plenty of space for your pet, and abundant wild life, including birds and resident Kangaroos. Canoes and Kyaks were available free for use on beautiful Lake Weyba. With a nearby creek running into the lake, providing a peaceful environment, both enchanting and serene. Rob the perfect host, kindly offered helpful information, making every effort to answer/address any query. All this was achieved discretely and without disturbing your privacy.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Would highly recommend for families or couples. Loved the proximity to the great outdoors and seeing the kangaroos each day. We used the kayaks to explore lake Weyba and the creek which was really magical. House was well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire pit.

Just a couple of small maintenance issues -the door between the two double rooms needs fixing as it wouldn't close and the bathroom door also needs fixing to securely close.

beautiful quiet setting on the doorstep of Noosa but without the bustle. Gorgeous character cottage with private lake access. Lake is peaceful and beautiful great for a swim or kayak….kangaroos and bird life wonderful. We visited with our dog who also loved the wide open space. Rob was great host warm and friendly. We didn’t stay long enough to go on the kayaks on the lake but will be back.

we arrived at nighttime and woke up in the morning by the sounds of singing birds and kangaroos paying us a visit in front of the house. The cottage has everything you need. From comfortable beds to a well equipped kitchen. It had been everything clean and well maintained. And Rob the owner had been very welcoming and supportive to find the right activities. This place can be highly recommended when travelling to the area around Noosa.

A fabulous house in a glorious setting, so lovely to be able to have a glass of wine on the veranda whilst watching the kangaroos nibbling grass on the lawn. Use of the kayaks on Lake Weyba was great, it’s a lovely shallow lake which is safe to swim in too. Rob the owner was really kind and welcoming. highly recommend!

Noosa is pretty spread out, so unless you’re staying in the guts of it, there’s likely a fair bit of convoluted driving to do. This isn’t a criticism of this property at all, just something you need to know. Not sure about public transport here, you’ll almost certainly want a car or Uber to get around.

Lovely house, nice & private, away from neighbours. Plenty of breathing space with park-like gardens. Private access to the huge lake. My bed was super comfortable. Mob of roos make for fun visitors & dogs can safety watch from verandah which has gates to keep everyone safe. Host is very nice : )
