Perfect location, close to Canberra centre with a large park nearby for the children to run and expel their energy. Buffet breakfast is always a hit at Crown Canberra! Staff are wonderful, kind and extremely helpful.

Huge queue at breakfast for the buffet. We went to a nearby cafe instead which was half the price.

Good central location in Civic (Canberra CBD), short walk to shops, restaurants and lake, short drive to main Canberra attractions. Parking underneath hotel for a fee - standard in central Canberra. Room older in style but functional, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.

The bathrooms are quite dated and can use an uplift.

This is the 12th time we stayed at the hotel. It is an amazing hotel, in Canberra centre. The breakfast is quite good and the staff are amazing. It is truly their people in Crowne Plaza Canberra which makes us come back every time.

the pool was outdoor and not heated. and the condition of the surrounding was poorly maintained.

the buffet was very good with a good spread. the kids gaming area is awesome!

The rooms and washrooms were old and need to be renovated. The parking areas were small and it was little tricky to park on-site.

The common areas like reception and restaurants were nice. The location of the hotel was great - everything very close. The breakfast was a wide spread and was great. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

That we a family of 5 got put in a room with a king size bed and rollerbed plus cot instead of two double beds for 2 nights and then moved after two nights for 2more with the right set up.

The gym is dated and everyone is walking through it to go to the pool. Kids are playing with the equipment.

Ideally located near the city centre Rental Bikes available at the entrance Staff is very helpful and nice

The "lounge" was very old and uncomfortable to sit on. And stepping over the side of the bath to access and get out of the shower, was quite dangerous.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, however there was very poor seating in our room. The bathroom was exceptionally clean.

I like all the facilities & staff except the staff who works at Redseasalt restaurant customer service. She is India girl. We did not include the breakfast before when we booked for the room. In morning, we feel starving and thinking to eat at crown. Then she doesn’t explain & serve properly and talk in a rude way. The way she treats to us is totally unacceptable and very rude. I am not saying customer is always right. I am asking in a good way to understand what kind of food is servicing and is it table service?? She doesn’t even bother to explain and serve to the customer.

The place is comfy for location and is clean.

I booked a superior twin room including breakfast . Our room did not look like a superior room it was just a standard room with no views. Breakfast was for 2 only and had to pay extra for 2 kids. Pool needs to be covered and heated perhaps just a shade sail . Room service menu was horrible limited of 5items and 2 we ordered was not edible. Dinner in the restaurant we waited for 1hr 30 mins for our food. Overall location was handy though but not worth the price.

Hotel is in a great location and is very clean. Rooms are larger than other hotels and the beds are comfortable.
