Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaA misleading sign pointing to ‘Crowne Plaza Acess’ sent me through a dirty and noisy building site. When I mentioned this to the concierge, it was quite clear they couldn’t give a damn. Two other times I asked a concierge for help or directions, their attitude was unimpressive. It seemed they were more interested in looking important than helping the paying guests.
The counter staff were wonderful and very kindly let me check in quite early. The room was lovely with a beautiful view of the river. The bedding was especially comfortable and the room was well cleaned.

The location was very handy for the Marvel stadium, although there was a lot of construction nearby so pedestrian access was not ideal.

AustraliaComing from the other side of the river while walking we kept looking for the entrance near the round building. There was no sign showing the entrance and only found it after moving a bit further on. The sign was facing the street. Perhaps a sign facing the walk way would be helpful.
Staff were super helpful and supportive in solving any of our queries. Loved the pillows on the bed and the bath was delightful.
