There is nothing I did not like (unless I wanted a window with a view but this was not a requirement). I wish we had more time to use the swimming pool and enjoy additional facilities provided. Next time, we'll book for 2 nights.

Comfortable bed, quality sheets and pillows. Large shower, modern, clean, great water pressure. All amenities catered for. Loved all the extra touches - bathrobes, coffee/tea, fridge. Bathroom extra's <3

No area for taxis to park properly. They have to stop on a main road.

Good location just 30 minutes walk from Circular Quays /Opera House. Very pleasant room with large bathroom. Safe in the room. Very good breakfast and on one day when we went in a trip very early they provided us breakfasts to take with us and coffees. All the reception staff were really pleasant and helpful.

One member of staff in Dining room very rude. She didn't like it when we asked to be seated at a different table to the one she'd plonked us on! Shame as everyone else very helpful and pleasant.

Size of rooms, quality of bathroom, clean, quiet and great location. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Pillows too exceptionally comfy - none of those horrible rubber things, quality feather for a great night's sleep. Loved it.

Alas, this fantastic hotel was marred by poor housekeeping. On the first day, there was hair on the bed. Subsequently everyday, hair on the floor (mine) was not completely cleared. I even killed a tiny spider in the toilet. They did not replace the body foam when it was finished (we left a note prior to request top up) and tissues in the box. Thankfully, we called for top up at the reception which was kindly received. We used the gym once and saw a cockroach travelling across the wall! We left it alone, and left unscathed.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to QVB and to chinatown, there was endless options for shopping and food. The breakfast was excellent; I loved that I was able to customise my fruit juice daily with fruits array for us to juice. We get a menu at breakfast to order a selection of breakfast sets. We tried everything as we stayed for 7 days. Other than the bacon not being cooked crisp (how I am used to eating it locally), everything was top notch. Daily latte served was good too. Staff service was excellent and we were always greeted by smiles. The hotel room was nicely renovated and looked modern and luxurious.

Nothing...even at very busy times the service was very good.

Most comfortable bed I have slept in after 5 weeks of travelling and 13 diffferent beds! Brilliant location to explore city. First class breakfast - cooked option a la carte. Great to have the pool (although small) to relax after busy days. Very welcoming helpful team.

The weekend breakfast service was a lot slower, and the quality suffered.

Rooms were ckean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a great welcome and the staff were friendly. The location was good for getting around but not quite on Darling Harbour, as the name suggests. Lots of choice for a cooked breakfast, and I would have liked more continental options.

We arrived back at 10pm and hotel bar closing up and wouldn't serve us.

Premier room was very nice with 2 queen beds. Breakfast as very good.

Location of the hotel was fantastic for ease of getting around Sydney sights and being able to get the train to/from the airports. The beds were super comfy too and having a pool in the centre of the city was a nice extra.

For some reason the toilet on the ground floor was missing a garbage bin.

Great location, nice facilities. Appreciated the drinking water disposer available on each floor and the rest of the eco stuff (bamboo room card, aluminium water bottle). Room was nice, had all the expected amenities. Breakfast was good, a lot of things to choose from.
