Very loud. Beach view had a loud buzzing noise until 10:30 and windows did not block out traffic. Rooms need touch ups - room 910 has some strange rusty in the bathroom.

The toilet was broken and detached from the wall, meaning we couldn’t use it without it moving. Check in was late and we got in after 3. Waited for an hour.

We loved the location and the hotel itself. It’s beautiful.

Lighting in the bathroom isn’t so good especially when putting on make up. I wouldn’t have commented this but this is the same with QT Melbourne as well.

Loved the location! So close to the commercial areas but also on the quieter side of surfers paradise. Service was great as well.

The bed was uncomfortable - mattress needs upgrade. The sound proofing was really bad, the balcony door needs double layer of sound proofing.

The music on ground floor bar are a bit loud during weekend evenings.

it’s self the water pressure could be better and a few fees that weren’t on booking.com the pool was great if you booked a good spot otherwise could and can get to busy for a spot to sit or put your things plus sometimes for the vibes it doesn’t give off family gives off couple or friends day/night out even tho there’s family’s there with kids you almost whish there weren’t for the vibe of the place

The price was a little expensive. I think the car park should be included in the room price. Not an extra.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever had.

The Keys - i kept losing mine! it was so small

Fantastic Room, Fantastic Ambience and overall great experience. I thought it offered a good amount of places to eat while being close enough to the main strip but far enough away you dont hear it!

Really great location, you can walk everywhere easily. Hotel is super fun and quirky. Restaurants and bars seemed really popular! The receptionist who checked us in was the best experience we have had.

Very windy for our stay, the doors in room to balcony shake and rattle, didn’t bother me but I know some people would be sent insane by the noise. umbrellas by pool also couldn’t be used in wind and only shade is the cabanas x10 which cost $70 a day to hire. leaving limited free pool lounges. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet as cost is $49pp and $20child.

The room- spacious 2 double beds, The view of the ocean level 17, The amenities- dyson hair dryer, coffee pods, T2 tea. Yamagen amazing dinner experience. would recommend to everyone. Fixx gorgeous high tea. Room service great variety and value, and short walk to beach! The spa and pool was good at night too quite empty, ample large towels. Thai restaurant next door in crown towers is great too!

The buffet breakfast at Bazaar wasn’t the best service and often you don’t have to book for buffets breakfasts at 5 star hotel as part of the experience is you just walk in. Our hotel room sliding doors to the balcony also would make a lot of noise with the wind and we had difficulty sleeping.

The hotel amenities were great and the pool was very nice.

While they have designer robes, chairs & a quirky feel, there’s is a lot of lack of attention to details. Paint in the room was obviously done in a rush & not very well. There was sand in the shower from the previous guest. The mini fridge is so small you can’t fit any of your own things in. The spa was also barely warm, & they had loud music going until 9.00 every night. If you drive be warned it is $30 per day to park underneath.

It’s nice having the restaurants downstairs if you want to try them, & we were also gifted a free drink voucher to use at the cafe. The staff seemed nice.

Nothing except I don’t like heights and we were on the 11 floor. Not as high as some of the other hotel towers.
