Everything was lovely, the only thing is, because we stayed for a week, we put the "please clean the room" sign, but the cleaners didn't vacuum clean the apartment, until we mentioned it. The hotel is not close to anything interesting, but there are bus stops right outside the hotel to take you to the city centre and elsewhere.

We had a specious hotel apartment with all the facilities, it felt like home staying there for a week. There is a supermarket and a couple of decent restaurants nearby and a bus stop which would take us to the city centre. The swimming pull was such a good addition, as the weather was very hot during our stay, in February. The airport transfer was such a surprise and we loved it. Although we were not that close to the city centre, we were very close to the airport which was a pro.

Parking on the lower level was not so great as it was littered with rubbish. We drove back up to the next carpark and found a spot to park.

Easy to find the location. Neat and tidy room, the bed was good, and had a view over parts of Perth. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but would be happy to stay longer.

Staff on booking in were lovely, having the ice machine was a great bonus. The vending machines had a great range of products which was a big surprise.

The Staff are very friendly and helpful, 24hr reception, lifts for upper floors, we have stayed here twice. The last room had a view over Perth,

There was ants in the room. We left unopened and opened chocolate on the bench for 4 hours, came back and it was covered in ants, the bin was full of ants from our rubbish, some type of pest control is needed. There was a brick missing in the bottom corner of the shower which caused the shower water to flood the bathroom. No batteries in the TV remote, I had to take the batteries out of the air con remote to use the TV. Wifi was slow.

The staff could be a bit more friendly and hospitable. I wasn't offered the option of breakfast on check-in and so didn't know how to go about it. I went to cafes instead but it would've have been nice to know about the option. Also wasn't told any info about the area or hotel so had to figure it out on my own. Really just told where to find the lift so tiredly find the lift and room in the dark wasn't really fun. Guess that's the service you pay for though! Check-out was quick but again wasn't met with a friendly personality. Pool is advertised to be open from 7am/8am? but found it locked at 8.30am. Had to ask the pool cleaner to unlock it and awkwardly had to have a short swim in one half of the pool while he cleaned the pool. I'd probably suggest cleaning is done earlier and you unlock the pool when it's supposed to be open. There is a shuttle service to the airport and I was disappointed to find this is only offered Monday-Friday.

Clean room and a very convenient location near the airport, Charles Paterson Park and Victoria Park shops. Nice hotel for the purpose of a short stay.

There’s not a lot on-site parking when it’s busy. Although I have an ACROD card, someone still parked in the vacant the ACROD spot rather than parking out in the street. Also no bath mats or hand towels were provided and had to ask for some to be sent up to us

Facet for kitchen sink was very loose had to hold facet to adjust tap function's no plug for sink either some broken bits and pieces through apartment just a bit of TLC for the room would make it bit more enjoyable but overall was a good stay

Normally it's pretty good but on this occasion the lady at customer service to be a little rude and abrupt.
