Cabins are streamlined and stark to the point of severe. The decor is non-existent and after paying $312.50 a night for two nights I didn't really appreciate the sign in the kitchen saying to wash all plates, dry and leave unit clean- isn't that the service I'm paying for? Also it is very hard to access the pool with the turnpike entrance, impossible to manage pool toys, towels, bags etc squeezing through the tiny metal gap.

The facilities are incredible, there are several great playgrounds, 2 giant bouncing pillows, a pretty lake and a wide variety of water birds, seeing ducks walking around the cabins is quite common. KWR also.has quite simply the best pool and spa in WA. The giant, heated, so hot, so good all year round, spa, a cold natural pool and the perfect temperature of the lap pool with beach entry and spraying fountains are surrounded on all sides by big comfy beds in small patio like areas, a ton of deck chairs complete with umbrellas, a raised platform with more big comfy beds and toilets less than a meter away, it is simply the best. Great new two storey restaurant open 6 days a week, yet more playgrounds, fairy lights and so many perfect , little streets for all ages of scooter, bike, skates both with and without boards.

The smell of a dead Rat for a couple of nights, I could not leave the windows open down one side. I reported it and was advised it was under the unit. On leaving today after 8 wonderful nights I saw a RAT go from one unit to another. Not something I was happy seeing . I also noticed their was quite a bit of litter around.

Excellent pool area, kids playgrounds, cafe , food was great, noise stoped around 10pm each night , which is important that your sleep is not disturbed.

Having towels for the pool, having a little kiosk onsite to buy milk etc, washing machines at both laundries that accepted card and pegs to be able to hand washing on the line without it blowing away. Also would love a dishwasher in the huge kitchen

Great place. The food at the cafe was delicious. Multiple pools and playgrounds meant the kids were always happy too. Would stay again if we came to WA

No complaints at all.

No fuss booking and check-in. Loved the map to show my cabin location. Everything very convenient and peaceful on-site and a very handy location from which to visit relatives and friends. I did not have time to explore the grounds this time but hope to when I return to Perth and stay with you again.

Internet was slow on the 2 smart TV's but not a major problem for us.

Loved the parks for the kids, and the lights even stayed on till late, lots of toilets around and all great facilities available. The lake was beautiful, and the kids loved the ducks. The pool was great, especially the spa, which also stayed open till late! Our cabin was everything we needed! The sofas were comfy as. The cafe had an awesome meat lovers pizza, and food was so tasty. 10/10 for our 1 night family stay. Definitely will stay again soon 😁

very small little ants in the room, they didn’t bite but they were just everywhere.

a comfortable distance from the Perth CBD. but still close enough to go for day trips. lots of close shopping centres nearby. friendly and helpful staff. lovely pool area for all the family. a very pretty and peaceful place to stay. we will revisit for sure.

The last night there was a lot of commotion (yelling and screaming, doors being slammed at 3.30 in the morning )

Ants in the room every day and a bit dirty, bed was hard and bathroom very very small

We where next to the playground kids running around screaming well after 1030 pm . We have children too that tried to sleep and kept getting woken by these children.

That the cafe has limited food choices.

Great layout of the whole resort. Pool and playground were close proximity. The beds were comfortable and the size of the cabin was just enough for the amount of people we had. Only paid guests were able to use the facilities and each has their own wristband which makes coming and going around easy.
