Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe sauna is set on a fixed temperatura and with a timer but was not getting hot at all. It was a big deal because ai booked this place to use the sauna. The breakfast is below average and not a good value for money, even paying the discount price ($25)
The property is well located, clean and tidy rooms (with complementary tea, coffee) and nice staff!

AustraliaThe sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows quite poor. The room next to us was occupied by drunk people, they were loud and disruptive between 3am and 4:30am. The TV connectivity was poor. Smart TV's provided but they were connected to the Mantra WiFi which was of poor quality - none of the apps worked (Netflix, Kayo, Disney etc). Once we connected the TV's to our personal hotspots it was evident that the smart TV applications have never been updated, each app needed to be updated using our own data in order to be used/steamed, again using our own data. Not the worst thing in the world, jisy annoying as you expect these things to work.

AustraliaTo be honest the carpet is bit old and needs to be cleaned... And the sound of the microwave is too loud. There is no additional dishwasher tablet and laundry liquid so I bought them at Coles. Wifi was not working very well but it did not bother me too much. The car park is great and there is a number assigned to each of the slots, but there is no Number 80, which made my son sad. (this is a joke, never mind..)
I want to say the facilities are ancient. But surprisingly they are functional and clean. All the kitchenware works perfectly, and hot water is good as well. It has a carpark, which is great. Location is good too. I love this place.

AustraliaThe toilet paper wasn’t enough had only few sheets on the roll then only had one more roll in cupboard, tissues the box was half empty then there was none left. Maybe they need to upgrade their TVs they are a bit small and hardly had any channels on them . Even though there was these few things we loved the location and will stay here again.
The location of the room was fantastic. It was facing Mort street as great sitting on the balcony. The room size was big enough for us four . The beds were good to sleep on. Being on the second floor it was great not high at all.

AustraliaNo fan in the bathroom - so when we used the dryer or had a shower, the bathroom was very foggy. The bathroom was a bit tired but ok. The Noise from the street was very loud, could do with double glazing on the windows. The window tracks were really dirty and could do with a thorough clean. Would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom as the lounge room sofabed was being used by our child to sleep, we couldn't use the TV in the evening.
Room was spacious and had everything you needed. Sofabed worked well for our child. Bed was comfortable. Grateful for the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
