Very noisy. I can't sleep with ear plugs and my room was on main street side of hotel. Lots of loud noise due to being above the bar and places across the road. Might need to say to people no lift (not sure if it does say this already) if they have heavy luggage they might struggle.

Staff were awesome. Very helpful, friendly and just nice people. The location perfect - easy to find, could walk to so many different places. Food was great. Huge selection of beer.

location great, right in the middle of the city. Breakfast was good, right next to the accommodation. Everything went smoothly with check in and check out.

Not sure about other rooms , but mine (room 14) had no view at all

The location was perfect . 5min walk to Perth Central Train Station and also heaps of cafes and restaurants to eat at . The food available in the pub downstairs is also very nice and the beer is ice cold

Some residual noise from next doors bar due to close proximity of buildings (but that tapered off about midnight).

Check in was autonomous and detailed instructions were given on how to enter property and collect keys. Bed was super comfy and was perfect for a quick stay.

Air conditioner did not work, however I was warned before my stay, the staff were very nice and accomodating and offered my a free meal and beverages. Pub staff were great and the food was good also.

The accommodation is on the first floor and although in the past that wasn’t a problem unfortunately age has caught up with me. The staff member assisting with the booking offered to help but previously I had to check myself in which could happen in the future. Still go there dinner.

The welcome from staff, a free beverage at the bar and discount on food w as very welcome. Staff service was first class.

It is a bar under the hotel and we stayed on a Saturday night. There was really loud music until 11pm. Then a mediocre guitarist decided to serenade the neighbourhood between 00.30am and 3.30am. If you are looking for a quiet night, this is not the place. There is also 2 flights of stairs to reach the rooms.

Very close location to lots of useful things. Good beds and shower.

Air conditioning was a little poor. But it was a heat wave in Perth when we were there ( 40 degrees ) so maybe that had a detrimental effect on it

Room was nicley cleaned and prepared but they forgot to leave us towels and it was too late to get anyone. So we called the after hours call centre number in the morning as we wanted to be showered and ready to leave at 8am. Waited 20minutes no joy then rang the pub below. lucky the manager was in early on this day and he brought some up immediately thankyou. This would be the only thing you could improve on is having someone available to resolve any problems quickly.

Bed comfortable we had no issues with noise from the bar. Property very easy to deal with quick to respond with queries during the booking process.. Our plane was delayed and arrived at 11pm on Wed night, excellent location and able to get quick meal at a nearby takaway. Overall great value centrally located for the 2 of us.

It is very noisy in this corner of the city. But they know. The earplugs were already in the room, ready for use. There is no elevater that can be used with heavy lagguage..
