Great breakfast. Nice location in city with park outside (and great French restaurant downstairs). Twin Double bed room on south facing was excellent size with bath (same room rate on north side of building adequate but smaller and no bath)

We stayed there for three nights. At the first night , the bedside was drops on the floor. This bedside’s without the support legs, just hang on the wall. Fortunately no one hurt. At the second night, the hotel WiFi was shutdown but nobody told us, I asked the hotel staff’s at next day morning then they told me the reason.

Perfect location. Breakfast not much choice but tasted good.

Room didn't have any window netting so curtains had to stay closed as window overlooked student accommodation and u could see them in their rooms

Room just a touch small for 2 adults with 2 kids but just a minor thing

Bed was amazingly comfy. Water pressure was elite. Rooms clean and the location is central to everything.

I am saddened to mention that the shower was very dirty. There was a pungent smell and i didnt look forward to having a shower after my gym session. I only wished I had taken my shower brush to give it a good scrub. Thankfully I had taken my shower jandals. Other than that, this was the only let down.

Location was great, just around the corner from Rundall mall. Loved the fitness centre and having a balcony. Very sound proof from traffic on the main road. Staff were super friendly, helpful and professional.

The shower was very difficult to set to temperature and room needed a microwave.

The staff were exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and reasonaable value. the rooms were a good size. The downstairs breakfast/bar area was a very nice place to relax. Location was very good.

Housekeeping starts at 8am! Even on a Sunday. We were there for Gather Round four days so after late nights at the footy, the early morning noise outside your room is a little disappointing. Checkout isn’t until 11. We weren’t surfacing for our day until lunch time and of course missed the housekeeping. Other disappointment was the spa being out of order due to broken tiles in the spa. After a long day of big walking, a spa would have fit the bill but this wasn’t to be.

Great location, responsive staff. Beds comfy and great selection of pillows. Had to ask for late housekeeping a couple of times (see below note) and they were happy to oblige. Although there were three footy teams and their entourage staying here, the hotel handled the influx of people very well. Never had to wait for a lift.

Our first room, the vanity basin was cracked and it wasn't reported to staff and they did not know anything about it. Why didn't cleaning staff notice and report it. There should be water and drinks in the fridge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our room, they gave us another room.

Considering the star-rating of this hotel, room facilities can be improved. No Water provided in the room. Mini-fridge was empty
