Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBeautiful room with plenty of space. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect! Unfortunately the AC wasn't working in one of the rooms but the Hotel were able to move us to another room with lovely cool AC. Right at Melbourne Southbank it is only a short walk into the city.

Phenomenal hotel -- exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, we got a free upgrade to a superior one-room suite. It was huge, especially for center city Melbourne! (I've stayed in several hotels in Melbourne's CBD, and this room was by far the biggest and nicest.) Beds are super comfy. Rooms are very quiet. Our room had a full kitchen, in-room laundry (very convenient!), living room, large balcony (complete with a table for dining and sufficiently big for a morning workout), large bedroom with a comfy bed, and large bathroom. Staff were really accommodating (willing to let us store our stuff for multiple days while we were hiking). Included breakfast was very nice and efficient, complete with a DIY avo smash bar. Didn't have time to visit the gym (or the sauna / spa) since it didn't open until 6:30 am and we need to leave early, but I expect it's nice given how nice the rest of the hotel is! The location couldn't be better either. SMACK in the center of the whole city. Highly accessible to all major sites, lots of public transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend to stay here. It's going to be my future #1 choice for my return trips to the city!

Concierge was very helpful with requests and housekeeping were angels! Having a toddler can be messy but they were very gracious and happy to clean up after us when we didn’t get the time.

The staff were outstanding. Friendly, light hearted but knew their job and helpful. They were also clearly very busy (TaylorSwift) and maintained a professional demeanor.

From the moment we walked in the reception staff greeted us with a smile and were outstanding! When we entered the room we both said ‘Wow’. The views were amazing, the property was well presented and of a high cleanliness standard. When we required assistance from housekeeping they were friendly and helped immediately. During our stay we asked for directions and suggestions of places to visit and, once again, the reception staff were spot on and we had a great experience. Thank you

AustraliaThe buffet breakfast could have had more choice. The bar and beer garden needs an upgrade. Though it is clean and tidy, it is out of date (early 2000's). It would add to the hotel's overall ambiance.
The location could not be better, located on the Yarra river in Southgate and being a very pleasant walk across the Princess bridge to the CBD. The rooms were very good and appear to have been recently refurbished, with the added benefit of a balcony and open windows for fresh air. We had a separate lounge area along with a kitchen area off the lounge. You did not feel cramped in and had lots of space to move around. The staff were very receptive in all parts of the hotel.
