Not much to not like. Possible transport to surrounding venues might be an enhancement and I must admit to getting lost trying to find the car park, but nothing serious to consider.

This is what a resort should be like. Exceptional surrounds, grand reception area with quality enhancements, big modern well maintained room with fantastic views of the resort grounds. In this case the golf course with a view which created a sense of relaxation and peace. A real environment to relax. Not too far from the stadium where our event was taking place and a comfortable travel time to the bigger Gold Coast experiences.

Nothing, they couldn't have given us a better stay. We checked in for 1 night and stayed 5 - enough said!

Fantastic breakfasts. The comfiest, softest bed we've ever stayed in - didn't want to get out. Great facilities for adults and kids. Can't wait to come back!

The receptionist with the curly hair and glasses who received me on 12th afternoon around 11-12 deserves a pay rise 😀. Very respectful and professional. Such a nice person

I stayed at Royal Pines with my son and granddaughter. You could not fault the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the pool was amazing.

    Nothing.

We stayed in an Executive Twin room with Executive Lounge Access. The room was great- modern, clean. The Executive Lounge was fantastic- contemporary, clean, fabulous views. You could have ‘made to order’ hot breakfast as well as self serve continental breakfast. We also had access to the Lounge during the day for drinks and snacks. From 5-7pm they serve Hor’dourves- which varied and were very tasty, as well as drinks of your choice. Excellent value for money! Pool was also great.

Celebrated our Dads 70th birthday with a family getaway. Thank you for acknowledging our dads birthday with chocolates, plus staff sang him a birthday song in the executive lounge. Exceptional views. Booked our parents on the executive floor, which they loved exec. Lounge. The rest of us were spread across floor 16 in spa rooms and twin bed rooms. Rooms were beautifully presented. Friendly and professional staff who looked after us well. Staff would ask how our day was in passing, and that's nice as the place is huge, so those small things made you feel seen and welcomed. Loved the buffet breakfast. Kids loved the pools, games arcade and tennis courts. Enjoyed cocktails at Hydrate Bar... awesome bartender who knew his cocktails. And had birthday dinner at Arakawa Restaurant where food and service was exceptional. And the gym facilities were impressive. Also enjoyed room dining and Tees Clubhouse. Basically, we used all facilities except for golf as none of us can play heh. In the end, we did not want to leave. Thank you kindly for a very memorable stay.

Little bit out of town; not a major issue if going by car. Attention to detail with cleanliness/hygiene lacking a couple of times. Dirty towel provided in room and dirty cutlery provided at the Panorama lounge.

Resort is modern, with spacious public areas and beautiful surrounds. Room was a good size with lovely view to the hills and over the golf course. We enjoyed lounging at the pool and using the spa. Breakfast buffet was excellent!
