Currently construction happening next to the apartment which might bother some, it didn’t really bother us the doors seem to be sound proof so blocked a lot of noise out, they didn’t seem to start until about 8am, clearly not the apartment fault.

Great apartment, received a complimentary upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise, loved the room, balcony view to beach, pitty was only here 3 days to enjoy the views and room, fantastic location close to tram to take us either direction we needed to go, great pool and spa to wind day after a long day out and about. Great cafe located on corner for breakfast before starting the day.

The place could have been a little cleaner - my blinds had a dead moth stuck to them, and my bedding was very slightly stained. Overall though the place was very clean. My key card seemed a little temperamental - sometimes it took a few tries to get into my apartment. The washing machine didn't seem to be in full working order and only one programme seemed to be usable.

Really nice and spacious apartment with a good-sized balcony and lovely ocean views. Friendly staff. Excellent location just a minute's walk from a tram stop and walking distance to the main part of Surfers Paradise. The apartment was well equipped, including washing machine and dryer.

Nothing not to like

We were on level 18 and the room had incredible views of the canals and ocean from all windows. Well designed living and bedroom areas made it super comfortable for a week stay. Decent sized balcony, comfy bed and good shower.Excellent location and easy walk to Caville Ave.

My only complaint is that it seems the ac is motion activated so in the middle of the night it stops working and gets quite hot.

Had the most amazing stay in April. We stayed four nights in one of the ocean view apartments and loved everything about it. The apartment was clean, spacious and had the most amazing view I have ever seen. The shared pool area was just what we needed as well and with lots of sunbeds to choose from. Location was perfect: close to the beach, esplanade, tram line and grocery shopping. Staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived and we were even allowed to do check-out a couple of hours later without extra charge. Will definitely be back!

Parking was exhausted in the 3 level underground on site car parking which meant find a park along the Surfers, Boulavade or surrounding streets which was unusual. First time that's occurred! I wish these places had Pool and spa open at least til midnight WE pay good money to stay. WE are, Adults

Our room was at back. Decent view but not sea view.

Being self sufficient in our room with washing machine and dishwasher. TV, Cafe at entrance wa excellent. Nice pool and sauna suite. Car secure in basement garage.

Only thing was the bed very old matress u can feel the springs very uncomfortable to sleep If they took that on board provided comfortable matress for there guests it will be 5 out of 5
