Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOnly one minor issue was the lifts, because the hotel was so busy with the event only 2 lifts were not enough and slow and kept skipping floors?
Stayed for the Tour de Bris so location was fantastic. The room was amazing, clean, very modern and spacious, as was the bathroom- superb. The view over the old pavilion was amazing, overall totally exceeded our expectations.

AustraliaBeds could be a little more comfortable and double instead of singles in twin room. TV system on normal tv was a bit on the annoying side to use, but once set up casting to tv was easy to cast streaming services.
Nice clean and well decorated room, beds were mostly comfortable (could be a little more comfortable) and also surprised that the twin room had actual single beds not double beds like most twin rooms I've stayed in before. Appreciated that there was a mini bar which is rare to find these days post-covid, but was good to have! Nice hotel, convenient location near plenty of food options.

AustraliaCleanliness of the room. Moved bed to find something and it looked like it had never been cleaned. A hair tie just under the bed was not ours and quite filthy. Duvet had blood on it and looked old and shabby. Bath needed to be cleaned before we used it. Not what we expected for the price. Otherwise it was comfortable and staff helpful.

The location of this property suited us perfectly as we could walk to the hospital to visit a sick relative. The room was clean, well presented and had up to date facilities. Staff were exceptional and flexible when we needed to alter our booking.
