Booking said there was a pool but there isn't it's a bus ride away would have preferred a pool on the property. Was really annoying as we had planned to go for a swim after arriving to tire our kid out after the long drive.

Paid parking @ $40/night.

Everything with the hotel is excellent and rooms very comfortable and good size and in a wonderful location with plenty of options for food and drink at your doorstep. Paying additional for parking is a little downer @ $40/night making the overall costs a little too expensive.

Nothing really except the doona on the bed. I don't like doonas as they are too hot and hotels always put them on the bed , disregarding how hot the weather is.

Always a good place to stay- very quiet, clean and close to all the lovely places around New Farm/ The Valley.

Facilities are not onsite. They are a 10 min walk away to a public leisure centre Room was directly opposite entrance to the corridor and everytime the door opened and closed it woke me which was annoying

The only downside to this place was the size of the room fridge and that it had no freezer for ice.

Everything about this room was awesome from the massive bathroom, awesome sensor lighting, super comfortable beds and pillows. And the lady at the front desk was delightful.

My only criticism would be the musty smell when you enter the room and the water cooler downstairs had warm water coming out not chilled.

Location was great. Room smelt a bit musty but was well presented and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Had issues with one of the rooms as one of the cards didn’t work for the door but the ladies sorted that straight away. the people in 112 were noisy and didn’t manage to get much sleep The Bed was uncomfortable as well.

The cost was exorbitant. Twice the price of any other weekend, and we found out this was due to the Pink concert being on in Brisbane that weekend. We weren’t going to the Pink concert but were there for a conference so basically had to pay crazy amounts for a room. it’s a shame that hotels profiteer of this and exploit people and charge twice the amount. it’s unnecessary

Couldn’t find anything to add here. We thought a couple of chairs and small table would be good and the manager agreed and provided quickly.

The staff were a bit confusing when it came to parking, I got there and was confused what to do even after being told, I pressed a button for help and was told to go back to the front desk which was a pain to do, I had to do a 15 point turn to get out of there back to the front. Besides that the lady at the front counter was really understanding and patient, she was very helpful. View from bedroom window wasn't good.

The bathroom was gorgeous 😍 and beds were very comfy, great size! The room was pretty, the dark colours made the room look more elegant. Hotel was easy to find and it was a great location, everything was walking distance.
