Very minor, but more hangers in the wardrobes would have been nice. Only had 3 or 4 in one bedroom and none in the other.

The rooms were fantastic, very modern, clean, spacious and well appointed. Loved the Google chrome for casting Netflix and Spotify. Absolutely loved it. Will stay again!

There were little flies (like fruit flies) in the bathroom. Not sure where they came from but didn’t bother us a great deal.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location. Easily accessible to darling harbour and public transport. Plenty of space for 4 adults, although the couch didn’t really allow us all to sit together without someone sitting at the dining table. Although only a short weekend stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay longer next time.

Sound proofing is not as good as it could be, with street and hotel noise in the room. The bathroom is compact (but well designed)—definitely one person at a time!

We enjoyed our stay at this all-suite hotel. The location is fabulous, the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff quietly competent.

Aircon noise -extractor fan in the cupboard which has to be switched off - had to ring reception to find this out. Quiet once turned off.

In general, the feel of the whole place was great The staff went out of their way to accommodate our early arrival. The first class pick up from the airport that was arranged by the team was excellent.

The gym within the hotel is described as state of the art. It's very small, with only a few machines, there are no dumbell weights or racks. A few treadmills, bikes, rowing machine, leg and chest machine. There isn't much room if you want to do a body weight workout. **Nothing to do with the hotel ** - If staying over the easter weekend there is a 15% surcharge in each restaurant and bar, all the bars also close at 10pm by law. The only place you can get alcohol afternoon 10pm is the nearby casino. Use a local taxi as they are much cheaper than an Uber.

It was close to the city centre and walking distance to the Quay / bar and restaurants. The pool was great. The beds were really comfortable, washing machine and dryer were good to have in room. The room was serviced each day, and the complimentary shower products were good. The staff left a personalised note wishing us a Happy Anniversary which was a lovely touch.

We did not have breakfast included , I loved the kitchen facilities which allowed us to prepare what we wanted. The coffee supplied was delicious so much that we went and bought our own . And being able to wash and dry our clothes was a great asset , all the staff were kind and very helpful

I was disappointed in the late check in and early check out as I feel I didn’t not get to enjoy the full experience, instead it felt rushed which was disappointing because my partner and I travelled from Wollongong and wanted to enjoy at least a full day at the hotel. Instead our experience felt very rushed.

The room was very clean, great facilitates like the comfy bed, coffee machine, swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Minor thing The door to the accessible room didn’t have a hold or wedge for the door to stay open. Making it difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair and bags in and out. It’s a tiny thing but can makes a huge difference. Everything else was fantastic!
