Breakfast included was not really up to scratch. Coffee was good. Bed and pillows too soft. Either have a good shower and no bath or decent size bath.

The only fault I saw was some stains on the curtain I noticed when closing them and opening them.

I found the staff to be very helpful and welcoming. The hallways smelled amazing and the decor was nice. Such a good location and nice place to stay.

Not really kid friendly glass table with wine bottle sitting on top that’s an accident waiting to happen. The light cords hanging from above the bed is also dangerous. The main door to the room doesn’t completely lock from the inside my two year old can reach the handle and open the door on his own. I had to put my pram against the door to stop him. Door handle needs to be higher up or have another lock/chain to secure children in the room. Not only that I was there for an appointment at RCH paid $369 a night to only find out if having an appointment at RCH there is a discount however was a blackout date due to the F1s. Either way I am somewhat disgusted patients are still paying out their bums on blackout dates even with proof of an appointment. Apart from my little rant the place is a perfect location plus an extremely clean place.

I loved the vibe when you first walked in the whole place is light full of art and gives a comfortable vibe. The room had a nice view and the bed was super comfortable thanks for having us

The rooms could do with a deep clean. I had to move the bed over a little and there was rubbish and other people's toiletries under there. The rooms in general felt a little grubby.

The location was great for us while visiting the Royal Childrens, staff were really helpful and friendly, the rooms were lovely and well decorated/appointed and the beds were really comfortable.

The view from our room was very uninspiring, a grey wall of what looked like an unused building

The location was great and it’s lovely that there’s a huge kids park and reserve to walk through if you need some reprieve from the city

Location was good for us, but there is not many restaurants or meal options in the area. So finding something to eat for dinner was difficult.

The room was exceptionally clean. Easy to access via the lifts. Car park directly under the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Melbourne. Little to no hallway noise.

Nothing to complain about!

Everything was great, bed was comfortable. Great value for money as our rate included breakfast. Location is next to hospital. Parking was underground and convenient, very clean garage. We stayed 2 nights and had a rental car. Driving was very busy in the city and parking in centre town very expensive.

The price of our accommodation was inflated due to the Taylor Swift concert but this would have been the case all over Melbourne that weekend. It's unfortunate we had to be in Melbourne that weekend
