We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Second time staying at the Louise. Very clean, organized, and relaxing atmosphere. Pool is perfect added touch. The staff was amazing and friendly. Probably the best customer experience I’ve had in Australia!

AustraliaPool area was, in my opinion, not quite hitting the mark as compared to the rest of the facility...still nice but could be improved in aesthetic ways. Pool bar was again not meeting the level that the Louise strives for...just kind of below par and the drinks available were not the quality anticipated. Floor outside shower seemed very slippery when wet...not ideal. Just a thought...in the rear courtyard of our apartment it is really not able to be used for relaxation as it has direct sun for hours in the afternoon, which is great if that's your thing, but to sit in the very comfy chairs, in summer, maybe a small umbrella or shade sail that could be pulled out, even over a portion so you can sit without being in the sun.
Pampered experience, which at these prices, you are looking for. Beautiful staff who understood they were their for the customers and to make them feel special. Overall nothing to complain about.

AustraliaMy husband thought there should have been a TV in the living area. There were TV's in each bedroom, but I had to agree with my husband after a while, as we were there as a family and couldn't really sit together to watch a movie or anything like that in the evenings.
Beautiful room, grounds, restaurant, food and the staff are absolutely wonderful! The greeting received when we first arrived was superior to anywhere I've ever stayed. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms very impressive and outdoor showers are a cool wow factor! And the gas log fire was divine!
