Not much to complain about. Wish the gym was bigger but didn’t really have time to use when your wining and dining all the time in Barossa.

Second time staying at the Louise. Very clean, organized, and relaxing atmosphere. Pool is perfect added touch. The staff was amazing and friendly. Probably the best customer experience I’ve had in Australia!

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing to report. Everything was perfect.

If I could give The Louise 20/10 I would. It was exceptional. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly. You feel like a King or Queen the moment the front door is opened for you.

A luxurious escape The personalised service received by the staff well matched the magnificent surroundings and the splendid premise. Nathan was our helpful host; his attention to detail and helpfulness added to our great experience. Sunset drinks on the platform are a must. Food outstanding as well. Great place to stay while in the Barrosa Valley

Pool area was, in my opinion, not quite hitting the mark as compared to the rest of the facility...still nice but could be improved in aesthetic ways. Pool bar was again not meeting the level that the Louise strives for...just kind of below par and the drinks available were not the quality anticipated. Floor outside shower seemed very slippery when wet...not ideal. Just a thought...in the rear courtyard of our apartment it is really not able to be used for relaxation as it has direct sun for hours in the afternoon, which is great if that's your thing, but to sit in the very comfy chairs, in summer, maybe a small umbrella or shade sail that could be pulled out, even over a portion so you can sit without being in the sun.

Pampered experience, which at these prices, you are looking for. Beautiful staff who understood they were their for the customers and to make them feel special. Overall nothing to complain about.

To be honest there was nothing we didn’t like .

We loved the privacy of the rooms , and the views were to die for . The breakfast was a great way to start the day in The Barossa , service and friendly staff were impeccable .

My husband thought there should have been a TV in the living area. There were TV's in each bedroom, but I had to agree with my husband after a while, as we were there as a family and couldn't really sit together to watch a movie or anything like that in the evenings.

Beautiful room, grounds, restaurant, food and the staff are absolutely wonderful! The greeting received when we first arrived was superior to anywhere I've ever stayed. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms very impressive and outdoor showers are a cool wow factor! And the gas log fire was divine!

Couldn't really fault anything at all.

Very good stay. All aspects well covered. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Sauna, pool, fitness room (could do with a cable machine). Thanks for all the small touches such as lactose free milk in the fridge. Complimentary wine and excellent choices of teas/coffees in room. very well appointed and spacious rooms. Enjoyed thoroughly.

If i had to be picky i reckon they could have constructed the pool area better in keeping with same materials of the main bilding.
