Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Was pleasantly surprised when my room was available when I checked in early at mid day. The room was on the 20th floor and had nice city views, The room was very spacious, nicely furnished and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The room temperature control worked. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, as well as a mini fridge. The gym had a couple of treadmills and bikes and weights, with towels and water. The reception staff and a manager I interacted with were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

AustraliaFridge was small (standard issue for hotels) and needed emptying to put our own stuff in, but minor issue.
Clean, functional room on upper floor. Lovely view from the large windows. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and efficient use of space. Staff were attentive and helpful. Drinks & canapes as part of club lounge package were excellent and nice way to begin the evening. Wedding anniversary night was noted and attended to with extras in room.

AustraliaThe security staff on the first night were polite and allowed me to smoke when there were no people around but on the second night the guard told me to go out the bollards when I was about to present a gift to my wife. Maybe he was just doing his job but it was 2 am and nobody was around the sitting area outside the reception.
The best hotel in that price range. The service staff were exceptional, they got me a microwave when I asked for one and were very quick about it and they gave me the room with the view of the towers upon request.

The property was ideally situated for our inner city wedding venue and reception. The hotel is stunning, from foyer to room and was the ideal setting for our daughter’s bridal party to prepare for her wedding celebrations. The room was large enough to accomodate her bridal gown and that of her bridesmaid very well. The view was beautiful, fitting for a wedding celebration. We greatly appreciated the staff’s attentiveness to the special nature of our stay, and the added suprise of champagne and an individualised dessert. We greatly enjoyed breakfasting at the Westin over the weekend, it completed the sense of occasion on our special family celebration.

United KingdomWe went to the pool one afternoon and no chairs were available. We asked the staff if she could just get a chair so we could put our things on ( not a sun lounger) she just said No , quite rude and very unhelpful.
