It’s a really nice looking building, conveniently placed in walking distance from the centre and most of the sights. I’d highly recommend it for introverted people or people with social anxiety as there is no in person interaction needed here, you go to the aprtment, u type your order number into a computer/e-reception, then your room info appears and you’re done. Also a very big plus are certainly the huge windows which fill the apartment with natural light. All in all, we’ve had a pleassant stay.

Pretty much the only tiny issue we had was that there was a little bit of water leaking from under the shower which is placed right next to the bathroom sink… so a few times we forgot about that and got our socks wet, evyerhthing else was great.

Everything was perfect. It was an amazing experience to have a room at the edge of the lake and to have breakfast in the room while enjoying the scenery and swans just outside the windows.

The company called me to take extra advance deposit, and they took 300 EURO as advance payment, and 150 EURP when I checked in which is much more than amount agreed in Booking. Com. Room was not enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. I thought it was two rooms with living room

I could not sleep because of some noisy air condition in bathroom that I could not switch off. Sauna was out of order. :( Room was not really clean, I have found some hair and the bathroom seemingly only had a fast cleaning.

On arrival, there was no staff, and the auto check-in did not work. After phoning somewhere in Italy with a recorded answer in Italian ie useless to me, and some more trying to auto-check in, I gave up and went to a hotel to overnight. 73 Euro prepayment lost, and no recall. Horrifying experience. Never again.

In spite of paying more than 60 Euro than what my accompanying friends paid for the same room, myself and my wife were not provided with complimentary breakfast. It was so humiliating. Booking .com is partially responsible for this fiasco. Why so much of disparity in booking rooms within few days.
