Positive section of review
Friendly and helpful hosts who organised scooters for us. Room was clean and the air con worked really well. The location is great for the main streets of Kuta Lombok (but is down a poorly lit street that’s a bit bumpy/wet after rain) and is close to nice restaurants and shops.

Beautiful room, had a lovely Balinese style but with every comfort anyone could need. Location was perfect (we were beachfront) and the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was very good.

Everything was exceptional. Having a water filter in-house was fantastic instead of wasting plastic. A lot of room and well laid out.

Nothing. The only thing I could comment on is not having a flat sheet underneath the quilt. We just prefer to sleep with one at home and when on vacation.

It is very outdated and it seems it is falling apart. My room (double standard) was begging for death, or at least a renovation. The vibe in the room immediately kills all the great vibe from the outside
