Positive section of review
Everything was exceptional. They upgraded me for free to a superior room, which was so comfortable and welcoming. Room cleaning was done every day and all the areas were very clean and nice. Music by the pool was great, the garden was beautiful, they also have a free shuttle to the beach. The restaurant serves high quality and tasty dishes and the massage was so relaxing. I can definitely say that everybody at Orchidacea is doing everything to make you feel amazing.

This is a self check in hostel. You will have to contact the hotel using the app Line. Then the Line recipient will reply to you and give you a PIN to key into the keypad on top of the letterboxes. Key in the password and the relevant box will open and you can get the key to your room. The room is basic and there is no kettle. There is air conditioning.

The entrance is not properly marked. There is no place to park my motorcycle.

The staff really make this place. I stayed here a few times whilst in Thailand and kept coming back because of the staff and accommodation. If I could remember there names I would mention them. 10/10 and strongly reccomend for English speaking travellers as they spoke perfect English

Is a walkable location to food, massage, and even the CENTRAL MALL. 2 swimming pools with one overlooking the sea. Breakfast variety is huge.

Air condition not working. No wifi interrupted my work and costed me money. Stains on walls Window in bedroom rattled all night. Shower head didn't work. Old food left in fridge. When reception was spoken about this, they refused to give 1 nights refund. No concierge helped us move our luggage, I was already behind in my work due to wifi. Which costed me 450 baht to buy the next day and a half. No internet on TV to relax with my wife. Dirty shower curtains and stains on chairs. My wife referenced as a friend, indicating she was a working girl after the manager was told 3 times she is my wife. Disgusting hood top with mold on it. I was told to change my voice and how I speak by the manager, given countries accents change, I didn't say anything bad other than facts, I was abused and called rude. No refund as promised given and was hung up on, 4 conversations with booking.com and still not resolved.
