The apartment was very clean and tidy. We were also impressed by the prompt and friendly responses from the hosts. Whenever we had any enquiries or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and eager to help in any way they could.

A great little family run hotel very close to the historic parts of Istanbul, nice breakfast good hot showers, All the staff were so nice and friendly and extremely helpful I enjoyed my stay at No's hotel.

The reception staff were not cooperating. We wanted to first change our room closer to the water park as we were staying with younger children. We requested several times is we can change the room but they said to come in the morning , when we came in the morning they would say come at 2 then come at 6 which made no sense as the hotel was not busy. 2 days past and we gave up. Then a day before check out we asked if you can have a late check out 2h later than the usual time(12pm). They said come in the morning and they will tell if it’s possible. We asked the next morning and they said it will charge 10euro per hour if we past check out time. I honestly don’t understand why they couldn’t tell us there will be a charge when we first ask for the late check out. I’ve previously visited numerous resorts and not once had a problem with late check out.
