The location of the place is perfect, just a seven-minute walk from Brickell station which has Orange, Green, and Loop Lines. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It's an ideal location suitable for guests of all ages. The nightlife is just around the corner, and you can easily access other locations through various modes of transport. Although the breakfast might not be international, it was perfect for us and worth the price. We were surprised that Little Havana was within walking distance, and it took us approximately 35 minutes to get there from the hotel.

Mildly disappointed - Upon arrival, we were informed that housekeeping would happen every week and were given the exact day it would occur. With this knowledge, we made sure to pack our belongings neatly to facilitate the cleaning process. However, we had to chase housekeeping for three days before our room was finally added to the cleaning list.

I traveled for work (conference visit). This accommodation had a good location (e.g. from the convention center). I was a bit worried after reading one bad review (from March 2024), but I had a very positive experience. The neighborhood was very quiet (also at night), and it never felt unsafe. The host was responsive when I had questions about my stay. The accommodation was clean and had good facilities.

This is not necessarily a bad experience, but only a suggestion for improvement. On the morning (end of the morning) of the day I checked in, I had to do a pre-check-in online before I could receive the access codes to the building. For an international guest, I would have preferred to do this online check-in one day earlier as I was a bit worried I would not have good internet access to do the check-in. Overall, the check-in procedure was professional and worked out well.

Great location at the heart of SoHo. Easy to reach any interesting NY neighbourhood from there, safe, and vibrant at night. No breakfast available at the hotel, but great coffee around the corner (Café Integral) and good breakfast at the opposite corner (Butcher's Daughter). Very nice rooms and practical shower. Qualitative soap and shampoo (Aveda).

The mattress was not in optimal shape, but my travel companions did not experience the same problem. Wi-Fi did its job, but performance was inconsistent.

Excellent location, good wifi, 24hrs reception, luggage storage options, comfortable beds, good communication with the host even if she wasn't able to address all our requests, pretty good price. Good option if you just need a place to sleep

There was a lot of noise coming from the corridor during the night, no possibility to open the windows which is not ideal in a flat that has cooking facilities, not as clean as I was expecting it to be, no other facilities

After get ready in the apartment, we notice that the floor was very dusty. We need to clean it because it was impossible to walk barefoot. The kitchen sink faucet had no water pressure. We couldn't leave through the front door of the building because we didn't have a key (it was only possible to leave through the garage). There was no information at the time of booking that the address listed was not the address of the property but rather just a meeting point. I only discovered this the day before check-in with a warning that I could not request any orders to be delivered there as it was not the address of the accommodation. There were no blackouts on the windows, so the room wasn't completely dark when it started to dawn.
