I loved the layout of the room as well as how home like and luxurious it feels as soon as you walk into the room. The bed is very comfortable and the room over all is clean, tidy and very neat. Staff is super friendly and helpful and always willing to communicate if there is a problem of any sort. Excellent stay.

The room I had was way upstairs and I was 6 months pregnant. The stress of going up and down. Hopefully they should think of getting an elevator in the nearest future.

Cleanliness was a problem. The floor was a bit sticky. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. It was still dusty under the bed, chair and corners. The elevator was scary. It clanged almost every time when going down. The doors sometimes didn't open when reaching the floor and it went back the opposite direction.
