Our group stayed overnight and this was probably the best decision we made. Very seamless check in. Comfortable rooms with superb rainwater showers. Close proximity to Mandela Square and very efficient and friendly staff. What more could we ask for

STAYED AT THE BUSH LODGE. The place is just not ready for holiday stay. NO WARDROBES, 100% SAME BREAKFAST DAILY, PLASTIC DINNER CHAIRS, OLD TOWELS, SALTY TAP WATER. WALK IN SHOWER SPILLS WATER ON THE FLOOR, NO CURTAINS IN ROOM LOUNGE AREA, SCRATCHED COUCHES, PLASTIC CARPET / MAT. There is a lot of work to be done at the Bush Lodge,not worth the money for now. I think the area took bookings too early, I did not like it there at all.

Breakfast was a disaster !!! ordered full breakfast ,sausage was raw ,potatoes uncooked ,eggs poorly done ,mushrooms too peppery Not safe or healthy too eat at all !! .Sent plates back to kitchen which resulted in an uproar which we didn,t understand but a lot of shouting went on .Poor little waitress was mortified , she made great coffee asked if we wanted fresh breakfast,we shuddered .Mince my husband ordered was 5/10 ,my SOFT boiled egg arrived in a gravy boat ? Egg was hard ,so I had toast with egg .All so ridiculous it was almost funny . Breakfast had been part of our room booking ,so we left hungry and irritated and felt ripped off . Not even 3* in our opinion

Noise level from residents very high up until 2400- 0100 .Noise level from street ongoing especially evening and late at night again early morning . Not able to relax at all .Frying pan had coating coming off ,unsafe was replaced but shouldn,t have have been in unit anyway
