Very deceptive, We booked for a 3 night stay sold on a balcony with a city view and many amenities, we were very disappointed when we arrived as the facilities were not great, there is no view of the city in any rooms and are all on ground floor. Due to the policy we could not cancel or change rooms. If you like to travel light and use the hotel description of what they offer to pack with , the room states it comes with many items which is also not true , there is one pan to cook with and only butter knives so we had no utensils to eat with. There is also no toilet brush or towl hooks to hang your towels after showering. The lights kept flickering and one blew. The rooms are across from a parking garage where you hear reving and racing and tyres squeaking on the parking floor. Other items listed on the property that were absent were: Wine glasses , adapters , hair dryer , city view , minimal kitchenware , iron , view , Hand sanitizer, tea/ coffee maker . For the price it is not worth it, besides it being very deceiving. The only place I can recommend is the restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food but you can eat there without staying at the black brick. First and last time booking here , we were really looking forward to it too unfortunately.

The room had cockroaches, and the room didn’t have an adapter plug, so if you wanted to charge you had to go to reception to sit there and wait while your phone charged.The bed inner feathers were all over the bed because the inner was torn.
