Well, didn't expect at all that just in few days the hotel would feel like home for us. We arrived at night, had a little difficulty , but the next day the Sun shined and everything changed for the better due to great management of the resort. The swim up room is a great place for private persons like me. The pool is clean , the orientation is perfect. You can enjoy the sun till mid day and watch the sea , all in the comfort of your own terrace. Kostas is a new manager, and a great asset to the company and Valentina, from reception....oh Valentina saved us! We forgot our documents in the room. The resort is about 45 min to the Larnaca aierport. But I called her, she run fast and grab the documents in the room , put it on a taxi, asking him to hurry, so this is how we were able to arrive back home. I'm really feeling nostalgic right now... starting to miss everyone there, including the very talented hairdresser Naum, who was a very good, local guide for us. Looking for new dates to book the placce again.:)

The hot water in the shower turned cooler or hotter for a few seconds randomly every minute or so (I didn't let them know in real time, and I was later notified that if I did they could have fixed it on the same day). Housekeeping missed a few things a couple of times

All the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Beautiful hotel and rooms, very clean. Comfy bed. Large variety of food. Many facilities. Large nice bathroom. Great sea view from the room

As it had just reopened there were a couple of organizational glitches. They were solved straight away. Breakfast was missing a few of our favourites. Especially beans and brown sauce 😂 No bathtub, only a beautiful big shower.

Everything is so lovely after the renovation. We arrived just 2 days after the reopening. It was wonderful seeing the staff again. We've been going for 27 years and we always get an amazing welcome. The rooms are so fresh and clean. I love the new decor.Also, the pool bar is so nice now. Very happy the sensual garden was kept perfectly. We had a very satisfying treatment package in the spa.

The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. . When we got to our room we found housekeeping were still preparing our room. We didn't have a problem with this at the time. However when we went back to reception later to ask a question we mentioned it. The receptionist told us we were were complaining about nothing and it wasn't her problem. I have never met such a rude front of house. It is sad because the rest of the staff were amazing.

It is a lovely beautiful hotel. The beach is sandy and you can walk out in the sea for miles. The bar staff are amazing and friendly. Pool area is pretty and the cocktails are great.

The hotel and location is great. Staff are very friendly and they go extra mile to help. We wanted to extend our stay, although the hotel was fully booked, the reception team helped us with extension.

The representation of rooms was terrible. We made a reservation for a Seaside view, with magnificent views represented. We ended up with a room with a view of 2 bushes. After a major ordeal, our room was changed into what was our original expectation based upon all of your literature.

We enjoyed our stay after our room was transferred.

For work the Wi-Fi can be improved (for working), they find solutions because they are customer-focused, and they will find something for you if you have issues but if you are looking to go, connect and work won't be bad but neither awesome. The good for the wifi is that covers all the hotels including the pool, beach, and more.

I'm extremely happy to write this review, not just as a constant traveler, but also as a human being and an exigent customer. The hotel stands out for its exceptional staff. Yes, as with any hotel they can lack something or have tiny issues but whatever happens will be extremely fast-well solved and compensated by their amazing people who will find a solution with a smile and kindness even when you don't ask for anything. The breakfast, the installations, the views,the vibes are incredible and the employees will give you also a "wow" emotion for the extra miles they do. Kudos for the hotel and their staff. Keep being aweome

Rooms were a bit noisy due to the busy street behind the hotel, especially in the early morning, rather expensive cocktails at the pool bar

I really enjoyed the rich breakfast that included pancakes, savory, eggs, waffles and so much more! The pool is huge and very conveniently placed. There's a pool table, pingpong table and so much more.

Food and drink prices have increased since Leonardo have taken over. Inconsiderate parents allowing their kids to sit watching very loud cartoons on their tablets during breakfast. Not hotels fault, but very annoying for other guests having to listen to it. Why can't parents talk to their kids anymore ?? The evening buffet meal at the Kyma restaurant, which was supposed to be themed as "Indian", was somewhat unusual and a little disappointing as no traditional pappdums, curries or nan breads to be seen. There was pizza though ??

Have been visiting this hotel for 30 years. Standards have always been high and have mostly remained so. Breakfast had an excellent selection. Michael in Tycoons bar was very welcoming and entertaining. Sunbeds were never a problem and pool staff and lifeguards were on the ball, especially calming some rather exuberant kids playing in the pool that were upsetting a few guests.

The room is very small and cramped, not suitable for a family There was no room cleaning - we had to ask them to come and clean WiFi is very weak and disconnects many times
