The location was great because it was next to the harbour. You can even see the ships from your hotel room. The staff was really friendy and helpful.

The temperature of the swimming pool - it was freezing. Good job they had a sauna to warm up in after!

The location was great as we had late arrival and early departure with the ferry to and from Stockholm. Rooms were basic but clean and ok. Breakfast was good. Swimmingpool was VERY cold. Staff was accomodating and let us watch early football games in the hotel lobby.

The sports bar downstairs is a nice place to start the day and you get a refreshing little walk through the city to Pub Ettan

The overall impression is worn and dated. Could improve on cleaning > the room had spiderweb in the ceiling and dust under the bed. The shower was quite poor and dated as well. Quite noisy on a Saturday evening.

Air conditioner isn’t good enough and during our stay it was quite hot inside in the daytime. Surprisingly it did its job well during nighttime so we had good sleep.

The location and the room were good. The breakfast was quite basic but the quality was acceptable. There is sauna and pool in the hotel which is very nice. Worth staying at.

Worn-out hallways, mediocre breakfast (not much to choose from, also the buffet ran out of bacon quickly and didn't get a refill in over 20 minutes), toilet interiors were poorly installed (toilet seat didn't stay up), room got pretty hot

Very friendly staff. We had no car so the reception helped us organise bus trips to various attractions. They printed out bus timetables and showed us locations on the map. It was possible to go to sauna for free. Also for 2-3 hours you can rent a bike for free

The table tennis room was not kept presentable. The rackets and ball were not in good condition however we could play.

The staff was super helpful and the access to swimming pool/ sauna made it enjoyable

Nice hotel right next to main ferry port of Mariehamn, serving excellent breakfast in the morning, and the staff are very friendly and very nice. I forgot to mail my postcards, so they offered to do this for me free of charge and I am very happy that they did this, as I did not have to run to the post office at the last minute. The room is exactly as you see it in the photos, modern, warm, clean, and the location is very central so a couple of streets away from the main sights and things to be seen in Mariehamn. Definitely recommended property.

Staff didn't even raise their head to greet you coming and going. It doesn't cost anything to be polite and courteous... The room was awful! It was advertised as double bed, in fact it was 2 smaller separate beds. Pushed them together but they would just slide apart. The beds themselves were really uncomfortable, pillows feel old, the filling material is bunched in hard little balls making it almost impossible to find a comfortable spot to rest your head. The decor and furniture looks cheap, old and is what your except from a hostel and not a hotel. All in all its overpriced, "absent" staff and generally very low quality. I don't recommend anyone staying here unless you don't have any other option.

Massive noise coming from the ventilation. the extra bed was between child's size and adult's size

Room (family room 213) was quite hot and airless, as there was no air conditioner in the room, there was a very noisy little fan in the room, but this did not help a lot. Window nearly fell off, when we tried to open it:)), so we just thought that it's better to leave it untouched.

No good ventilation. Stuffy and warm. Small room for the price. Water temperature of pool extremely cold. Could not swim as it was not pleasant to jump in Freezing water.

Clean. Nice staff Breakfast was good. Wide variety of options Good activities for kids but too warm and no ventilation down there. Nice sauna
