Super clean and easy to self access to the accommodation

I was a little cold so I had to take a blanket from the other bed. I didn't ask for an extra blanket, though. I may have been able to get one from the host but it would be good to have some extra ones available.

The location was great, close to the downtown area, a park, a children's playground as well as the university and swimming pool. It was relatively quiet.

The apartment could do with some light maintenance e.g. painting, but this did not inconvenience us. Pillows were very light so a selection of pillows would have made it a little bit comfier.

Location was perfect distance from the city. Check in was easy and and host was friendly to communicate with. The apartment was a great size for a couple to stay in with a very well equipped kitchen.

We arrived on a hot day, the standard apartment was difficult to cool down and had no ventilator, we used the ventilator from the Superior apartment that was easier to cool down with the windows. The bed in the Standard apartment is in a sort of alcove, very cozy, but warm and difficult to cool down at the hot day we were there.

We rented the Standard and Superior apartment as a family with a dog. Both well equipped and comfortable apartments are on the same (1st floor) and thus ideally for a family with kids. Superior location: calm, green area, nearby University and not to far from the center. Easy to park your car for free during the night on the street nearby.

Terrible traffic noise.

Clean, well-equipped, easy check-in and out, spacious enough even for 3 persons. Easy on-road parking opposite the house. Good instructions on how to find the accommodation and good communication with the owner. Close to the city centre.

It was a noisy apartment with a window next to the road (I can even hear what people were talking about when they passed my window and I was waken up by the noise of snow sweeping tracks from the window facing to the car road at 4am......). And it has been very cold in the apartment so that I had to wear my winter outer pants indoors even though I rose the temperature of the apartment to 23 degrees(the room temperature rose 0.5 degree for more than 1 hour after I increase it via the thermometer). I always feel extremely hot with those pants indoors at home in Finland......I stayed in this apartment in the mid-Jan this time by the way. There is only ONE gate door in this apartment (Finns always have 2 doors for the gate to prevent the coldness. The host did not specify that they have 2 different apartments (called "standard" and "studio" respectively) with same price in the description of booking.com. In previous stays, I was always in the "standard" one which is very quite (as its all windows face to the yard) in seasons other than winter so I assumed it would be "standard" one again this time but this time I was offered noisy and cold "studio".......

The host was easily contacted and the location is good for me.

The room was very warm during our stay. It only had a small window, which didn't make the air flow from outside. No fan or other facility to cool down.

Convenient location. Free street parking place is easy to find during summer time. The room matched the description and photos well.
