Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South KoreaEverything was great. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Room was big and spacious, great bathroom with a bathtub with was amazing after a 14 hours flight. Even the fitness room was pretty great for a hotel! Unfortunately the sauna is only open in the evening but would have been nice! Close to airport that has a supermarket and pharmacy and anything else you might need!

The hotel is a short 7 minute walk from the airport exit. The staff were easy to communicate with and happy to assist us when we arrived. There is a small kids playroom on the ground floor that provided a place for kids to play while their parents were getting drinks. The staff set up a crib in our room without us asking and they provided a toddler potty which was a great surprise. They gave us an Easter Egg hunt to do and the kids won prizes when they finished it. The breakfast was good, they had good options for us. I was not looking for vegan or vegetarian options. Overall, we would stay here again is we had another layover in Helsinki.

IndiaWhen we are booking a family room, we expect the bathroom to have lock with kids. It is very embarrassing not to have bathroom with locks and also the sauna room has got a window without any shade over that. So if anybody is taking sauna he will be, he or she will be clearly visible from the room. Please ask them to put proper door or lock in the bathrooms at least in the family room
