For a suite (best option) guest, we were surprised that everything came with extra cost. Gym, spa, parking, even bathrobes and sandals came with an extra cost! I've travelled around the world and haven't experienced this ever.

Nice spa and modern facilities. The main pool was warm and we liked it ! Also plenty of options to eat in the evening. Also gym was present, that was nice.

Room was looking an old and dusty. Needs already some renovation. It was the annex building’s room. Although I liked that there was a pot and step for children in the toilet.

Pool was really good and childrens are taken in to consider. There were nice children’s pool with toys and slide. Breakfast was ok (but not special). it’s nice that there’s restaurant and shop in the building, cause it’s a bit too far from centre.

It was a bit surprising to see that in a spa hotel, when having spa included in your room rate, bathrobes and single-use slippers that are available in the room cost extra. I've been in many spa hotels but never yet experienced this.

Room service did not clean the room during our 5 days stay, nor were our towels changed. Probably we had to ask for that, we did not, but were expecting this to happen like in any hotel. No big worries. The "kitchen" in the room misses a cooking hob, sink and dishes (knife, spoon, fork, plate, ...) which makes it a bit pointless. You can ask for some at the breakfast restaurant though, but don't expect to be cooking a full meal in the room.

Nice spacious room with great lake view (obviously frozen in wintertime). Spa was good for kids and adults. Breakfast has all what you would expect in a hotel breakfast.

Maintenance of the facility is poor: tiles in the bathroom are coming loose, shower enclosure is rather ugly, and apperent signs of wear and tear of room's furniture.

The small size of the restaurant where the breakfast is held. Our room was in the neighboring building and we knew about it during booking, but we did not know that there is no INDOOR passage between MAIN BUILDING (SPA) and our building. Not the best option to live with small kids, when you need to dress up when you go and return to/from SPA zone.

The air conditioning in the room was not entirely controllable. Or at least the set temperatures were not reached. The reception staff came to verify that it was set up properly according to our wishes, but still remained a mystery..

A hotel + spa combo with a nice idyllic neighborhood with a beach, a marina and other outdoors activities nearby. An indoor kiosk offers small snacks and beverages and other most commonly sought items with an automated cashier machine.

We were with 2 kids girl and boy (13 and 15) and thwy has to sleep in a small and uncomfortable sofa☹️ they should bot offer this option as you always declare how old your kids are!

For a room of this price, water boiler would be nice to have. I could well bring own tea and coffee, but for the price supplementary was expected. Also considering the price of the room, the bath rope could be included. Perhaps with a message that use only if needed for ecological reasons.

Room was nice and spacious enough for three person. Breakfast was good. Gym possibility was great and the gym was very well equipped (positive surprise). Kids said that the spa was rather small and spent less time there.

The room was on 1st floor so there was no view (= there were parked cars in front of our windows). The hotel is located about 2km from the city center which is not so convenient if you don't have a car.

We had a superior family room which was spacious for 4 people. The decor was bright and fresh, beds were comfy, it was very quiet, breakfast was good, ample parking, located next to beautiful walking paths.

The spa wasn't impressive, hotel was difficult to navigate and the location isn't the best if you are walking.

The location was nice because the Näsijärvi was on ice and you could walk on it and take a shortcut to the city center. Our family room was very nice and spacey.

The breakfast was good but could include more variety like chicken and beef (it was mostly pork).

It was a great stay, the size and view of the room was wonderful. The swimming pool was big enough with various toys and equipments for kids.

Sauna is pretty busy. Rooms are a little outdated.

It is about 30 minutes to walk from the city. The bus saves some minutes but not much.
